PNC Bank formerly National City Bank is a un ethical and horrible bank to do business with. I have had 2 mortgages with them. My second mortgage they are screwing me on. How you ask? Well, I have 800 credit score never been late 1 payment in almost 10 years and they will not release my mortgage for me to refinance for a lower rate. That’s right that is how this bank rewards good customers, they actually hold your loan and not release it. Because, I’m actually a responsible good credit worthy home owner I get the royal screw from the bank! I would never do business again in anyway with National City and I suggest you don’t either your money is your voice show it!

Superb customer service greets me everytime I walk in the place. Complimentary coffee/​lemonade and mints are always offered. This bank just makes you feel good!
