I agree wholeheartedly with what others have said: Carmen and Alejandro are wonderful people who clean our home efficiently and thoroughly. We have been customers since 1998, and they have always provided excellent service as a very reasonable price. They use organic cleaning products on request, which is important to me. It’s such a pleasure to come home to a clean house. I feel as if Carmen and Alex not only clean our home, they bless it with their presence.

They are on time, efficient, and reasonably priced. If we have ever had any parts of our home that we thought needed more attention, we mention it and it is always taken care of.

Alejandro and Carmen are fantastic. I needed my house cleaned in preparation for having folks over the next day, and they were great. I made the appointment a few weeks back before going on vacation, and I received a text on Friday confirming the appointment (as was promised). They showed up right on time with all of their own equipment. Their price ($ 80) was very reasonable, and their work was outstanding. Ceilings were dusted, the house looked great, and they were incredibly friendly. Will definitely be calling them again.

I used Nice and Clean for a move out cleaning, and they were fabulous. It was easy to plan the cleaning via email, text message and phone calls. At the last minute, I was not able to meet them at the unit, but they did an amazing job and made coordinating everything so easy. They left my unit in spectactular condition. I will definitely be using them again in the future. THANKS!

I was looking for a cleaning service and interviewed a few companies. Once I met Alejandro and Carmen I knew right away that they were the team for me. This was 10 years ago ! They are wonderful people, they do a great job and I am comfortable having them in my home. I hope that they are with me for the next 10 years !!

Alex and Carmen were referred to me over four years ago and I haven’t looked back since. They’ve been very accommodating as I travel at times for work and have had to reschedule. I’ve even referred them to several of my friends. They are very organized, they bring their own equipment and cleaning supplies and better yet, they get along with and love my tempramental dog. Their prices are beyond reasonable and I can’t say enough good things about them… oh yes I can… Carmen makes one mean Potato taco and did I mention the tamales? DELICIOUS!

This husband and wife team (Alejandro & Carmen) are a sweet couple who are personable and friendly while still doing a great cleaning job. They show up on time and have no qualms about coming out to my condo, and they make sure to text/​email and confirm with you the day before. Importantly too, their prices are reasonable. I’m glad to say that Alejandro and Carmen are also very trustworthy, which is a reassuring thing when they come to your home every few weeks.

Alejandro & Carmen are the friendliest cleaners I’ve ever had. They also do good work for a fair price, unlike a lot of the competition that charges varying fees each time. They bring all their own equipment and have never canceled. If you’re not happy with the maids you have, you should definitely give them a try. They’ve been great about accommodating my schedule and if you have a request (i.e. «be sure to get under the bed») they will follow through. You get what you pay for in a good way. I had such a bad experience with my previous cleaners I was really hesitant to hire new ones, and they patiently answered all my questions and made me feel at ease about having them in my home. It’s nice to have a service I look forward to using instead of dreading the attitude or price. Keep up the good work!
