1. Employees down talking other employees while customers are present at the counter. 2. Restaurant was not clean. Dirty bowls and napkins on the tables. I had to wipe my own table! 3. The quality of the food is a 3 on a scale of 1 – 10. It’s not for those who consume quality food on daily basis. OVERPRICEDFORTHEQUALITY! I rather eat a bowl of ramen noodles from the grocery store. Geesh!

Noodles is usually ok but this time my husband and I ordered Japanese pan noodles and it came out completely burnt. Not going to be coming to this location again…

The restaurant was startlingly dirty. Food remnants on every table and covering the floor.

Overall, I am a fan! It’s a fast-food noodle place that features a variety of pasta styles ranging from Asian to Italian. The big draw for me was the fact that they offer Gluten free pasta substitutions for an up charge. I had the pad thai… the noddles came a little dry so I asked for more sauce. After the extra sauce, the dish was tasty and delicious. It is always nice to find awesome GF finds, especially in chain restaurants catering to quick-service. Perhaps my favorite thing about this restaurant is the freshly made rice crispy(ie?) squares that they have available at the register. One of my favorite sweet treats ever! Bottom line: An awesome quick restaurant offering reasonably cheap tasty meals(with gluten free options).

Not too pricy, good portion, and service. But, the food taste is not to my liking… I ordered the Bangkok curry and it just tasted like coconut… the taste was too bland for me…

Love these restaurants. Bancock curry is my favorite and a very healthy meal. Tomato bisque is also excellent. Great variety of foods from a variety of countries. Great for lunch. Convenient to all loop locations.

This place is as god as you can expect a fast food pasta chain restaurant to be. The food is okay, but the calories are insanely high(expected for pasta) but I wish they had a low cal menu. This place is only good for carbo loading and feeling food guilt the rest of the day.

47 S. Clark St. Noodles&Co., I’m starting to worry about you & your vegetable identification techniques. This is the 2nd time I’ve gotten a big o’l pile of mushrooms in my to-go order, and the items that I order do not even have mushrooms listed as an ingredient. I’d say this Noodles is like any other, but I really have had bad luck at this one. Today happened something like this… Main ingredients in dish on menu: Linguine, Spinach, Tomatoes, Red Onion Ingredients I received: Linguine, Red Peppers(?!), Mushrooms(!!!) I could maybe forgive the red peppers, b/c you know, red. Like tomatoes. But mushrooms? If it wasn’t so cold outside, I’d leave my desk and take it back, but alas, winter.

Typical noodles and co. I was happy with what I ordered and they prepared it quickly. There aren’t very many places to sit at this location, but I was getting my food to-go, anyway, so it didn’t really matter. Customer service was great and the location is pretty convenient.

You’ve had way better. Pros: Quick service Friendly Table service Spicy condiments McDonald’s is next door Cons: Dirty utensils, scratched cups Very oily noodles The best thing about Noodles is the friendly workers. They smile, they’re friendly, and seem to be making a good effort. I wish the food matched the friendliness here. I found the udon noodles to be too oily for my taste, the greens were crispy, seasoning was mediocre. I was hoping for a better experience.

I had another bad experience at this noodles and company. By the way, for my birthday I also went to noodles and company. I received a free entrée for my birthday from the noodlegram email. I went to the Michigan ave location rather than this one. When I got there, I ordered a pad thai with shrimp. I found the dish full of raw vegetables, and lacking an appropriate amount of sauce. I was disappointed, but I didn’t complain. The meal was about ten dollars, and I didn’t pay for it, so I didn’t care that much. Today, I headed to this noodles and company again. Once again I received a BOGO coupon from the noodlegram emails. I decided to give noodles and company another shot. Boy, do I regret that. I ordered a mac and cheese, and an indonesian peanut sauté. I payed 5.60 to receive both small plates. I was disappointed with my mac and cheese. I was ripped off! There was ABSOLUTELYNO sauce on there! It was elbow macaroni and a bunch of cheese sprinkled on top. Is this how they are making this dish now? Is this normal? They just sprinkle the cheese on top, rather than mix it in the sauce? There was a pile a cheese on top of elbow macaroni. I was super disappointed to eat a dry, un-melted cheese and noodles dish. I hope people don’t buy it regularly. Its a total scam, a rip off! The peanut sauté on the other hand was tasty. It had the appropriate amount of sauce and flavor. It was slightly spicy, aromatic, and had a yummy peanut taste. It was made right for my taste. The mac and cheese was made wrong. But, one wrong and one right don’t equal a right dish. I think they made a wrong dish, and a right dish to break even. I will never come back here again.

I am totally obsessed with the Thai Hot Pot at Noodles and Company. There may have been a few weeks where I’d go 2 – 3 times in that week. But This new dish is spectacular! It completely peace out your soul! Its very much like Viet Phở, with minor differences like braised beef and chicken in it. Also it comes with Roti Bread. This location, however, is quite tight. There needs to be more seats. And somehow, the sriracha bottles are always taken. But I’d still come back for the food, over and over again.

I usually order here every couple of weeks while at work. This particular friday, I had 15 minutes to run downstairs, get my food, shove it down my throat and get to a meeting. I preordered as I always had and paid online via the app. I get there to learn they had a new cooking technique and the chicken was no longer GF. Needless to say I was frustrated and hangry. The manager came to talk to me and explained that the chicken is now cooked in veggie broth along with other proteins that are gf. She offered to oven bake it for me but I just didn’t have time. She gave me a free meal card and told me to call 10 minutes prior and she would take care of it for me. I then went to go to the cafeteria in Chase only to realize i had no money(card) because I paid online. I had to run upstairs, go back downstairs… i never got to eat my lunch that day… well in one sitting. The following week I did go back to Noodles. As Regina offered, she oven baked the chicken and it was great. I really appreciate the customer service.

Noodles & Company was on my way home from shopping and was actually kind of a godsend because most restaurants close pretty early in this part of town. Service was also very kind to walk me through the menu since it was my first time there. I picked a noodle dish with the thai curry sauce and tofu. The noodles were a good consistency and the sauce was flavorful but a little too watery/soupy to actually flavor the noodles. I was hoping it’d be a thicker sauce. I may have eventually started drinking the soup towards the end. I definitely appreciated all the veggies like broccoli and carrots in the curry. I definitely like the convenience of this place and the variety of food choices. I’ve had tastier food though. I’d probably try something else, but the curry sauce wasn’t terrible. Just needs a better consistency to coat the noodles.

I love Noodles & Co and was excited to find that there is one right across the street from my office building. But this location has disappointed me so many times that I almost stopped going there. I like my pasta/noodles with extra sauce. The first time I ordered from here, I noticed it is dry unlike the other locations I have eaten at where there is enough sauce. So the next few times I went, I asked for extra sauce, paid for it, only to find that my pasta is dry again. I usually order penne rosa or tuscan linguine. Last two times I ordered the linguine, it was so oily that I could not eat it. As for the wait time, its too much for a fast food joint. If you are planning to get food from here during lunch hour, I’d suggest ordering a pick up on their website. It’s quicker and better. Sign up for the noodlegram program and you get a free meal in your birth month ;) Overall, this location needs to work on their quality of food and service, big time !!

It gets really busy during the week for lunch, as one would expect, so keep this in mind if you’re wanting to go here between noon and 1pm. Service is usually pretty quick, prices are pretty good, and I get noodles pretty quickly. Sometimes getting a table can be challenging, but walk around the corner by the fountain drinks and you’ll see a small back room that usually has some seating.

Even though they are obviously known for their noodles, you should try their sandwiches! I used to be a strict Mac n cheese or penne rosa girl, but ever since my discovery of the med sandwich I have been a changed woman. For about $ 6 you will get a hearty sandwich with your choice of a side soup or salad. Their ingredients are always fresh and tasty. The staff at this location is especially friendly, and they always throw in a free dessert if you have to wait longer than a couple minutes. Overall, one of my go-to lunch spots downtown.

Noodles is just such mediocre food with such a high price tag that there’s simply no way Noodles can get anything better than 2 stars. I’ve never had any bad food at Noodles, but nor have I really had any good food either. Every dish has some flavor but not much, just enough so you can tell it’s different from Noodles’ other options. The peanut sauté is just barely peanut sauté, the tomato bisque is just barely tomato-ey enough. But a lot of dishes have too much oil as well, too much oil and too much salt. I’m always so thirsty after eating Noodles. And it’s surprisingly expensive. Baseline dish doesn’t include any protein and is already like $ 7 I think, add in outrageously priced protein and you’re paying $ 10 + tax + cookie/drink/etc for a meal that’s really quite average.

Asian fusion fast-food chains need to step it up! No joke! I arrived on Monday for lunch at 1:15pm and was welcomed with a line. The line moved fairly efficiently so I did not have any complaints. I had the Indonesian peanut sauté with grilled chicken. It came with a small piece of lime that barely had any lime juice to disperse. The noodles were topped with broccoli, carrots, cabbage, bean sprouts, cilantro, and crushed peanuts. Other than the chicken and noodles being well cooked, the rest of the contents were close to being raw. The rawness does not come with any other flavor. It would have helped if they had some more sauce in the plate. Please don’t call yourself Asian fusion, you put our cuisine in a bad name.

I’ve had two experiences with this particular Noodles and Co location. 1) Our office manager decided to order lunch for everyone from there. They swore that they would label everything. We didn’t discover until we opened the delivered bags that nothing was labeled. Try figuring out which lunch is whose based on pictures from the web site for 15 people. By the time we figured everything out, several lunches were wrong, and everything was cold. 2) I asked for gluten free pasta. The cashier asked if it was allergy or preference. I said preference and didn’t ask what the difference was. My bad because buried in my gluten free pasta were some regular macaroni. My bad also because I was so engrossed in my conversation with a friend that I didn’t notice what I was eating until it was too late. Oops. Definitely felt the effects of those little macaroni noodles, if you know what I mean.
