This is quite possibly the worst noodles & Co. I’ve ever been to… EVERYTIME our orders are messed up. For example today, I ordered take out, got home and my Japanese pan noodles had no seasoning. 0… Nothing. My soup was half full and the chicken was hard, obviously had been sitting for a while. And this among other things is not the first or the last time this has happend. If you want noodles & company I’d suggest going to another location. The ghetto manager and staff obviously don’t care about quality of service and they’re lazy, as seen by the absolute filth they call a restaurant.

Food is mediocre. But that’s what I expect, and I’d bring kids back again but this place is filthy. No one cleans up floors and tables, the manger on duty was too busy on her phone to help when the cashier had a line of people.

The Thai Hot Pot was delicious, I just thought the amount of noodles and veggies was lacking. I had more broth than anything, but at least it was very flavorful and not too spicy that I couldn’t enjoy it. The flatbread that came with it was extremely burnt and I was told by an employee that it’s supposed to be that way. Ooooookk. If you say so. I just couldn’t eat it, so thankfully another employee remade it for me, much less burnt. My only complaint with this location would be that the employees could be more pleasant.

This isn’t the best Noodles & Co location. Every time I get food here it seems like someone just slopped pasta in a bowl with no attention to detail. For example, one time I got the macaroni and cheese and when I opened the container there were dry macaroni noodles sitting on top of a pool of cheese that had solidified at the bottom of the bowl. It also seems like every time I come here they make my dish slightly different. One day my penne rosa has spinach, the next day it doesn’t. Basically, I only go here if I’m hungry and want something quick. The only good thing about this location is that they have the awesome soda machines that have every flavor under the sun in them. Diet, raspberry gingerale — check!

My two-part experience with Noodles & Company: 1. First visit. Macaroni and cheese. Pretty hard to mess that up, right? Amirite? No, I’m not. Bland and processed and just barely above room temperature. Also, and this is not exactly their fault(benefit of the doubt here), but the place was completely empty. I felt like Tom Cruise in Vanilla Sky. If only he had been eating crappy macaroni and cheese in the middle of Times Square. Moving on to… 2. Second visit. Pan Noodles. Udon! Exceedingly easy to mess up, and this is sort of where the blame shifts from N&C to your boy here. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, something something. Just bland and flat and — again — barely above room temperature. At least humor me and let Chef Mike heat it up for 30 seconds. On the bright side, there were two other people in there. Practically a party. Bad look, Noodles & Company.

We stopped in to have lunch. After we ordered and paid we went to sit down. Most of the tables were occupied. The one we chose had not been cleaned. But there was no choice so we sat down and asked the staff to clean it. The food came and the table had not been cleaned. Looking around the place was a mess. Tables piled with dirty dishes and junk on the floor. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Plus the staff was rude. How disappointing. This place used to be decent.

Been wanting to try this place out for a couple years now and was finally able to go yesterday. I ordered the Indonesian peanut saut and it was amazing. I added marinated steak and it made it even better. Bowl had different textures, a little spice that made your nose run and the big bowl was more than enough for a big apetite. Full of flavor and I seriously don’t know why it got 2 stars on here. Only thing I didn’t like was that the bowl and a drink was almost $ 12. Other than that, two thumbs up

After reading the reviews I’m tempted to ask if some people were just being facetious. When I grade it’s based off of a few things Professionalism, Taste, Presentation, Attitude and I score accordingly. I would’ve given 5 stars but I needed more Alfredo sauce. Everything else was great!!! After leaving church I was really craving some pasta so my mother and I decided to stop over in the southloop at the Noodle Company. She told me that they closed at 12am but they actually close at 10pm. We got into the restaurant at about 9:58pm and we were told that they were closed my stomach made a very loud sound(disappointed lol) but I asked if they could please squeeze one more dish in because I was starving!!! This was my 1st time ever in a Noodle Company my sister ordered from you guys a few night’s prior and she let me taste it from there I had to stop in for myself. Pasta is my favorite dish by the way! The establishment was clean and well lit. It was a great size to host a eat in fundraiser(If you don’t have such a program you should look into one). The staff was very friendly and professional and I wanted to send them a kudos: Michael, Jade, Carlton, Manny & Kenya thank you for a great experience. I got home and tried my food and it was really good. The only recommendation that I will give is that you use a tad bit more sauce on the noodles. Everything else was great!!! I’ll definitely be back again!!! Thank you!!!

Ordered the BBQ Pork sandwich to go very disappointed. The amount of pork was disappointing. Barely enough for 1 ½ pulled pork sliders. Along with the minuscule amount of cole slaw on it not worth $ 6.99.

Never ever ever again! Ordered from the grub hub app. It said my delivery would be around 9pm. No problem. I got a text at 7:47pm saying the driver was on the way. Even better! Well I got a call from the driver at 8:53pm saying he was in the lobby of my hotel. Ooook. It doesn’t take that long to get from there to my hotel. Whatever. I go down, get my food, bring it to my room and there are no utensils, no napkins and no receipt! Ordered the Mac and cheese, paid extra for the«marinated steak» and broccoli. And I got a side of pot stickers and flat bread. First, I didn’t know you could screw up Mac and cheese. It was cold, stuck together and had that liquidy stuff in the bowl that happens when food has been sitting, sweating in containers awhile. Second, the«marinated steak» was NOT steak. Idc what anyone says, I know steak and I have NO clue what that mess was on my food. There were a few pieces of it. They looked and tasted like what canned dog food smells like it’d taste. Disgusting! And the broccoli I paid extra for as well? 3 tiny little pieces! The only decent part of my meal were the cold ass flat bread and pot stickers. Least I knew they were real food. I had to throw out the Mac and cheese. If I hadn’t been so exhausted I would have called and complained last night. $ 25 basically for 3 postickers, a piece of flat bread and a lemonade. Floored! Absolutely, floored!

went with the kids and we ordered small portions of Bangkok curry noodle, buttered noodles, spaghetti and meatballs. I ordered the Cabernet which was woody and cheap tasting @ $ 6 for a small glass. The bathrooms, horrid maintenance no toilet paper or paper towel, unclean and definitely something the management need to look into ASAP.

This afternoon our staff ordered lunch from Noodles & Company(Canal & Taylor, Chicago). The Spinach & Fresh Fruit Salad on the online menu looked great, but the one I received was the most pathetic salad I’ve ever seen. Instead of a a generous helping of strawberries on top, there were 5 miserable little dime size cubes of apple, with brown spots all over them I might add. The spinach was wilted and slimy, ehhh! The balsamic fig vinaigrette was more like a high fructose corn syrup with black food coloring, smelled disgusting, and was so thick it wouldn’t even pour out of its container. Needless to say we paid for a whole lot of disappointment this afternoon, and no I did not consume this mystery food. Never again, Noodles & Company.

A co-worker was ordering from Noodle Company today and I reluctantly put my name on the list. I was excited that the order arrived on a timely manner, as we ordered well past my typical lunch time. Unfortunately, the good news stops there. I ordered the chicken pad Thai, thinking there was no way they could get that wrong… they did. The dish was poorly flavored with… salt and pepper? The dish was«edible.» But I won’t be ordering again.

My co-workers and I placed our orders together for lunch through GrubHub. Our office is very secure. A key card and password are required. The delivery guy somehow snuck his way into the office and left our order on the counter closest to the front door and left. He did not notify anyone that he was there. I did not know my food had been delivered until a half hour later. When we checked our order we found that instead of a tossed salad we received another caesar salad and instead of chicken noodle soup we received tomato bisque. When my co-worker called the Noodles & Co. location they informed us that they no longer had tossed salads left. If they were out of tossed salad wouldn’t you just notify the customer and ask for an alternative or simply refund us for the sold out item? My co-worker stated that they sounded disinterested when they provided the explanation. When we sat down, both of my co-workers agreed that the mac & cheese and butter noodles were very dry and lacking much needed sauce. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. I felt embarrassed because I was the one that suggested the restaurant. I’ve dined in their restaurant before and have never received this kind of service or quality in food. I spoke to GrubHub and after much negotiation I was able to receive some sort of refund for the error and a credit on my account. I was surprised that we received any sort of compensation at all. GrubHub customer service did advise us to write a review stating that the company should be aware of the customer service and quality of food they are providing their customers at the Canal St. location. I will continue to eat at Noodles & Co. in the future. I just know not to order from the Canal St. location ever again.

The staff was less than friendly and they were out of so many of the options on the menu. The staff didn’t offer suggestions or alternatives they would just stare blankly and say«we are out of …» I usually like noodles & co but skip this location!

Having tried many dishes at different Chicagoland locations, I always enjoy Noodles & Company. But pleasant, friendly service is not something that’s brought me back. This location is the exception, and we enjoyed more than the food. The manager was courteous and demonstrated a desire for my wife and I to have a great experience. If they consistently maintain these service standards, we’ll keep coming back. It makes a difference — even for quick-service noodles while out shopping.

Extremely slow service. The women bringing out the food didn’t seem to understand how the number card works and kept trying I bring us the wrong food. A group of four of us ordered at the same time and out food came ten minutes apart from each other. The first person finished before the last person got their food. It smelled so good but we had to sit and wait forever. Once we finally did get the good it was pretty good.

The Japanese Pan Noodles with Steak is better than with the shrimp, it just seems off. The Japanese pan noodles with Shrimp seemed to have a overly peanut taste. Quiet location the dining area was cleaner than most locations! Has a wine selection that I did not touch because of the time of the day.

NEWNOODLE This company is growing by leaps and bounds. It seems like everywhere I look there’s a new noodle popping up somewhere. Recently I ate at a Noodles in downtown Chicago, after a long absence of me not eating at any Noodles locations. So when I saw this location open up I decided to give them a try. I must say that for only being their second day of being open they were running efficiently. I even came in at lunch time. The restaurant was very crowded and I thought for sure we might experience a few issues but none occurred. I ordered the Bangkok Curry Noodle with locally raised pulled pork. I am very impressed with all the Asian dishes here even though this is technically a non authentic chain. I am not a fan of their other American and Italian inspired noodle dishes, which I did not try at this location. What I loved about my dish was how fresh all the vegetables were and that the noodles were cooked perfectly. I added the pulled pork on top. They have options to add various types of meat on top. I must say that the pulled pork here reminds me a lot of Chiplote. I am sure it’s the same recipe or similar because all these restaurants have CEO’s and management that have worked at other fast food restaurants. We know people steal secrets. The staff was amazing and courteous. They all paid attention during training. Our food was promptly delivered to the outdoor patio. When I asked for chopsticks our food runner ran back in to grab me some. I really like eating Asian with chopsticks. It just seems to taste better to me. So welcome to the neighborhood. I can tell by the crowds today you will have many busy days ahead of you. Good luck and keep serving the noodles.
