If you need a physical therapist then come here. You can stop reading this review now if you want, seriously just make an appointment with Andrea and you’ll have made the best choice possible. Honestly the service that Andrea and the staff provide is top notch.
I’ve unfortunately had multiple injuries and had to go to Andrea a few times. Every time though I have been in great hands and she has helped me down a road to a quicker recovery. She makes what could be an uncomfortable hour into one of the most enjoyable hours of your week.
I’m recommended friends to Andrea and all of them have been very happy with the attention they were given and the end results of the therapy. Physical therapists are miracle workers on many levels and Andrea is one of the best. If you want a facility that cares about your health and isn’t looking to charge you $ 200 for an ice pack than go here and thank me later. Wait you’re still reading this? Make the appointment already!
While I hope I don’t need physical therapy again, when my clumsy self gets injured in the future I’ll be headed here with no hesitation.

Andrea, the lead pt here is amazing. I would not have been able to get back into training for running had it not been for her help. She’s great at her job, professional and very nice. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The rest of the staff, especially Cindy is great as well, always helpful in accommodating my schedule and very friendly.

Andrea is a fantastic PT. She helped me get through a back injury that would have taken months without her guidance.
With her help, I was able to rehab my back and I’m now feeling better than ever.
I highly recommend Andrea to anyone looking a first class PT experience.

Having playing football for far too long I have been through quite a few rounds of physical therapy for various injuries. I think Andrea is one of the best. She has a way of making you feel like you are the only patient she is seeing that day and she seems to genuinely care about your pain and progress.
She has a certification in manual therapy which she utilizes often. It adds a lot of value to the sessions since this is not something you could just do on your own, and I really found it to be helpful.
She is also a pleasant person which can be important when you spend a dozen or more hours together.
Everyone’s injury is different, but I certainly feel a lot better after a round of therapy with Andrea.

I cannot say enough good things about this location. I recently had twin boys so my body was in need of some therapy. I first started seeing Andrea in April for my shoulder — carrying twin boys took a toll on my muscles and was pinching nerves causing my left arm to go numb. Andrea worked her magic and my left shoulder was back to normal in no time.
After experiencing some hip pain and back pain I had to go back to therapy. I was in tears thinking my back would never feel better and I would never touch my toes again. It turns out I had a degenerative disc and I thought for sure I would have to have surgery. Lucky for me, Andrea really knows what she’s doing and worked out the pain; every time I left I felt better. And guess what… the back pain is gone and I can touch my toes again!
If I ever have to go back to physical therapy I will certainly be going back to see Andrea.

I have been a patient here for over 6 weeks. Andrea is amazing in her healing hands and exercises. I am much better and well on my way to full health. I highly recommend this place and especially Andrea!

As a first-​timer to the world of physical therapy, there was plenty to be nervous about. I’m not entirely comfortable in my body as it is, so what would it be like to have someone so intimately engaged with it? *shiver*
But Andrea and Cindy at Novacare put me at ease immediately when I arrived. And it took me awhile to get there — almost a year since my original prescription from my orthopedist. That’s fear for you. I feel so lucky that I chose this location because there are MANY to choose from!
Both women are true professionals — so you’ll get done what needs to get done there and heal. But beyond that, which is something, they are both kind, supportive and patient. I learned more about how my body works in the six weeks I’ve been going to Andrea that I have my whole 36 years. Not only that, I’ve really increased my strength. The exercises she gave me to do at home, I did — so I did do my part, they aren’t miracle workers — and the sessions were really focused on whatever pain or issue I was having AS I got stronger. For me, a tight IT band.
I’m so grateful for the education I got at Novacare, and always felt very heard, taken care of and really well-​serviced each and every session. Not to mention their constant grace when I had to cancel last minute or got an appointment time wrong.
Andrea is a true healer, and Cindy is such a professional «face» of this particular location. I can’t believe I’m writing this, but I actually wish my PT wasn’t ending!

I wish I could give this place more stars. This says a lot about this place since I tend to have mistrust towards medical professionals.
I can’t quite find the right words to describe Andrea, the physical therapist that has been taking care of me for the past month. Knowledgeable, caring, friendly, patient and gentle, doesn’t even come close to doing her justice. I can’t remember the last time I truly felt like I was in good hands until I got to work with Andrea.
She is thorough, listens, and considers all possibilities and avenues until she finds the right approach for treatment. I came to her with aches and pains and felt them slowly disappear from session to session.
The physical therapy office itself is very considerate of the working professional’s schedule, and always accommodates last minute changes.
