Tony has 10+ years of experience as an Investigator and now thrives in the private sector. ONQPI’s mission is to enhance the depth and quality of the distinct products and services provided to meet the needs of our clients.

ONQPI’s Professional Investigators and Security Personnel have many years of former law enforcement experience in Local, County, State and Federal Government. Our Private Investigators work diligently to obtain an evidentiary quality investigative product and ONQPI provides numerous security services like no other. Our staff is extensively trained on the emerging trends and advances in our field.

This place rocks!!! Recently took CCL course over 1 weekend (class on Saturday & range on Sunday). Tony Quintana is very knowledgable and funny… also very serious about what he is teaching. I had On Q prepare my CCL application for me, perform electronic fingerprints and all other necessary paperwork. I received my CCL card for Illinois in record time. It is truly a one stop shop! I highly recommend them!!!

Great place for getting your certification in Security, Investigation, firearms, etc. The instructor/​Owner, Tony Quintana, really brings you in, as far as learning the program, as well as creating scenarios, and class participation! He brings a great energy to the course, and it was amazing! I’ve went to On Q, to get re-​certified in security and investigation, and I would strongly recommend going to this facility! Tony Quintana is a great instructor, and a really cool guy!

If you’re looking to get your money’s worth, look No further than (OnQ)! I took the 20 hr PERC course and the class was very informative. I can say with all sincerity I truly got my money’s worth. Knowledge is Power, and there’s no price you can put on educating yourself.
If you’re considering taking a PERC class, go here. Tony and his team and very professional and knowledgeable in their field. Tony didn’t get frustrated with all the questions we had as a class, and he made sure everyone was involved in the class discussions. Also adding his own stories of his experiences in law enforcement made the class even more interesting. You’ll be much more observant and detailed about what’s going on around you in everyday encounters when you complete this class. Trust me!
I will definitely be back for all my refresher courses and I intend on taking the firearm class next. Trust me when you leave here you’ll know a lot more than you did walking in. What are you waiting for? Go ahead call and get a seat for the next class. Good luck and enjoy!

I work for very large national, multi million dollar investigations firm and we use On Q for Illinois training. I recently attended a 20 hour (2 day) state training course given by Tony Quintana on site at On Q’s training facility. Tony Quintana has has many years of law enforcement and private investigation and security experience. He demonstrated the utmost integrity, ethics and character. The course material was well planned, organized, and delivery was clear and direct. There was never an question that wasn’t welcome. Tony, when asked, was kind enough give direction and advice on other topics after the class. On Q and their 25 person staff is working toward and well on their way to becoming the top training center for private law enforcement, security and investigations professionals in the Midwest. Tony Q also has talent for finding information on and locating persons. I would highly recommend On Q and Tony Quintana for any need for investigations, process service, executive protection or training and certification needs you may have. I will definitely utilizing them and Tony’s knowledge in the future. Tony’s know how, high integrity, ethics, can do attitude and his ability to get the job done is what is exactly needed in this business.

I took the 20 hour PERC course and the classes were very informative. Definitely a lot of information to cram into a weekend course, however, they did a great job to prepare you for the exam for the certification.
The trainer seemed very knowledgeable in the field and was able to answer many of the questions we as students had.
The only thing I wished I’d known in advance were the fees associated with the whole application process. They were a surprise to all of us on the first day of class. I’m not complaining about the fees themselves but more that it would’ve been nice to be aware prior to class. That way we could’ve budgeted or just simply had it ready.
They had the option to file the paperwork for us which was great! I loved that I didn’t have to track or worry about making mistakes on the application that would end up rejected or delayed. There was some problem with the state receiving my fingerprints and I advised OnQ of what the state sent me. OnQ responded immediately and took care of the problem. A few weeks later I received my PERC card in the mail. Thanks for making the process so painless and quick!
Next I’m planning to take their 20 hour firearm course. Definitely looking forward to seeing them again.

I used On Q Protection to serve my tenants, and they did an absolutely great job. I notified them on a very short notice (a few days before court), not only did they serve my tenant but they snapped a photo of them. I have worked with other companies and they either cant find the tenant or cant get the job done completely. Thank you On Q for making this process go much smoother. Oh and by the way the Judge was impressed with the fact that we had a photo of the tenant receiving the documents.

A few months back, I hired these guys to help me with a tenant eviction. This tenant was a nightmare. I unfortunately did not do my homework and check his background before renting it out to him, but I was trying to be nice, because he seemed nice. I was very wrong, turns out he was a scam. He did not pay rent because he supposedly ran into financial problems after moving in and had no money. So I have him a 5-​day notice. So anyways, he also knew how the process to evict tenants worked (find out through On Q background check that he had done the same thing to 4 other Landlords. The guy had 10 judgements on his record) so he made sure I had to go through the long court process. In the meantime, he still didn’t pay any rent after 3 months. In total 5 months of squatting. .
The court process has you pay for a sheriff to come and serve the tenant. But this is a joke, because all they do is knock on the door and if noone answers then they leave and will not return. Knowing this guy was never going to answer the door, I hired On Q. Unlike a sheriff’s effort, these guys did a stake-​out in front of my building waiting for this tenant to arrive home. They waited over 2 hours and finally saw him approaching the building and served him with eviction papers. Needless to say, this guy was out of the apartment in 2 days as opposed to 60 days.
These guys are professionals and would definitely use them again if necessary.

WOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND. Lackluster communication skills, didn’t follow instruction, provided menial results at a high premium. BEWARE.
