Blak Huslas (pronounced Black Hustlers) is a group out of Chicago, IL. Blak Huslas is an acronym for (Be Loved As Kings — However Under Slavery Live As Soldiers).The primary members Kayos and Pryme Mickens, though they have many honorary members. Their first release was an underground EP «Gotta Be a Husla» which debuted in 1994. In 1995 they signed to an Independent label out of Chicago, IL named Dean Records who’s roster had R&B group Precise and DJ D-​Man. A single was released during this time «Who’s Got that Bomb». A bonus track was released with this single called «Passin EM BY». 1 year later the relationship between Dean Records and Blak Huslas was dissolved. In 1996 Blak Huslas released their third EP called Chi-​Town Funk on their own merit. Blak next release wouldn’t come until two years later when they released the EP «Bomp. The «Bomp» EP is believe to have been their most notable project. In 1999 Pryme Mickens appeared and performed the single Bomp on the Jenny Jones show. The
