I have been going to Patrice for over a year now. She is extremely personable, professional, up to date on all the newest techniques in brows, eyelashes, waxing and etc. and makes you feel like you’re hanging out with a friend! And she’s truly great at her job and you can see the passion she has for her job and for life!

Patrice is the absolute best. I had a new service she is offering called the lash lift. My lashes are typically very fair and I need to curl them at least three times for the curl to stay. She did the lash lift almost 3 weeks ago and the my lashes are still dark and still curled. She was very professional and her space was extremely clean. I love supporting other small businesses especially run by talented women. Thank you again for the beautiful lashes Patrice!!!

I got my meni/​pedi done from Patrice and the service was super satisfying. She did a very neat job. She almost spend 1 and half hour on me and it was very relaxing. My heel cracks reduced significantly. I have a very dry skin and she took extra care about that. She is very nice to talk to and she is unlike other businesses who try to sell their products and try to get a good review on Unilocal!I am a happy customer and would recommend her service to anybody who doubts it! My Mom treated me to a manicure/​pedicure in April 2015. I’m not one that gets mani/​pedis often, but I do still know when I’m getting a quality treatment. We visited Patrice’s «office» after work one Wednesday and were greeted with a smile. It was our first water-​less treatment. Having no knowledge of what that meant, Patrice took the time to explain everything as she worked on our hands and feet.
Patrice’s salon is actually a converted office space with 1 large comfortable chair. With this setup, she is able to give each client her full attention. Both my Mom and I enjoyed our experience. Our fingers and toes were painted with great attention to detail. Even though we were there until after 8 PM, we did not feel rushed to leave. Patrice made sure that are paint was dry before sending us both on our way.

Can someone please tell me how to get in touch with these people? I purchased a Groupon a few weeks ago and called them last Tuesday to make an appointment. TWO DAYS LATER, someone called and left a voice mail message. I returned the call — NO ANSWER, just a machine. I left a message and no one has returned my call.
Trying to reach Groupon, but no luck. What kind of business is this???

Patrice is excellent at her work and such a warm personality. She gave me the best pedicure and was so determined to give me the best heels ever ;)
Also she has a best trick to calm you/​look away and you can relax in seconds!!!

This was definitely one of the most pleasant waxing experiences I have had. It was as painless as a brazilian can get. The space is different, but I dig it. I highly recommend Patrice. She was very professional, clean and thorough. I will be going back!

This was like no other nail salon I have ever experienced. It was my first waterless manicure/​pedicure and I loved it. It is a private space with only one huge chair. At first I asked Patric for magazines, which she doesn’t have, but she said most people sleep. I barely believed her at first but it’s true. It was such a relaxing, comfortable chair that I fell asleep and I woke up with a perfect mani-​pedi. Dream come true! She was very patient and careful about making sure the nails were dry. It’s only been 5 days since I went, but so far, my nails are still perfect.

Started seeing Patrice for regular facials. I had not found an esthetician for waxing just yet in Chicago. So I booked a full day of services with Patrice at her new location. I loved it!!! I have never found someone perfect with waxing nails AND facials. The drive is beyond worth it!

I am writing this review for the Humboldt Park location, it appears as they have since moved. I have had waxing services done by Patrice and she is phenomenal. I have been nothing but pleased with the services provided. I am not sure if they are still in the Humboldt Park location, if they are not, I am sad to see them leave.

First of all, they were very accommodating with a last minute wax and pleasant even though I was a couple minutes late. Patrice did a wonderful job (I got a brazilian)! Place is clean all the way around from environment (which is warm) to waxing. I’m glad I came

I came here today to redeem my Groupon for a no chip mani/​pedi. The staff was very friendly and made sure everything was to my liking. Patrice was very personable and friendly. I can’t stop looking at my nails and feet. I also got my eyebrows and lip waxed as well and was very happy with the results and how little it hurt. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to all of my friends. Thanks Patrice!

I had purchased a groupon for a signature facial. All I can say is WOW! When I called to schedule an appointment for 7pm, they were booked and after I explained this was the only evening I had available due to an a.m. flight I had the next morning, they were able to shift things around for me to fit me in. I was super happy not only that they fit me in but also bc they offer evening hours– great for my busy work schedule.
Patrice gave me my facial and I was overly impressed with her professionalism and most importantly, impressed with the results. She took her time to answer my questions and educated me with awesome facial info. I am 32 yrs. old and had never before had a facial due to friends & family members’ stories of bad experiences resulting in horrible breakouts.
I am so glad to have found and experienced Patrice Beauty! I had no breakouts!
My face feels cleaner than ever and I have already purchased 3 more facials. I am looking forward to the cocoa treatment she has recommended. Can’t wait!

Had a groupon for this place, like most folks. I liked the good reviews and they were really flexible about our appointment times so we could go together. I added a no-​chip while my friend got her facial, then we switched. Facial was good, but I’ve had better at a full-​on spa. I fell asleep so it was certainly comfortable haha. My no-​chip chipped after just about a week, so that was pretty disappointing. I’d say it’s perfect for a cheap and easy groupon, but I’d stick to just the facial.

A friend of mine gifted me with a facial from Patrice. Since I never had a facial before (other than my in home trials) I didn’t really know what to expect. Ever since my first facial, I won’t be doing any more at home. Patrice was extremely knowledgeable as well as personable. I now see her for my Brazilian waxes. If you go on the regular/​on time the price is discounted. I would definitely recommend her and friendly staff. Turned a painful service into a pleasant experience.

Looking at the amazing reviews, I bought a groupon for a no-​chip manicure and regular pedicure. I so much want to like this place. Patrice and Regina both were extremely nice and warm even though I was half hour late due to the crazy friday traffic. Not every place does that.
Patrice did my naills and she is such a nice person, so good to talk to! The place was clean and nicely decorated. My overall experience was perfect until my no chip manicure chipped off three days later. I got my nails done Friday and it chipped off Monday. I usually don’t blame the salon because I do stuff that chips it off. But I was out all weekend, didn’t cook, didn’t do the dishes, absolutely nothing and it still chipped! Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.

I called the place during the week after seeing a Groupon but they didnt have availability, later i got call from Regina saying they have an opening on Sunday 3pm. I was on my way there and got a call to tell me the earlier client came in late so my appointment will be delayed… already liked the place for being courteous. Once i got there i was extremely skeptical of the salon but all fear vanished the minute i went in, super nice, clean and well done space. Patrice came and apologized for the half hour delay and worked on my concerns during the facial. Most impressive was they gave me the groupon price even though i didn’t have one, cant beat that! will most certainly go back for another facial.

Found this gem from an online deal site and realized it was just around the corner. I’m not sure how I never saw it before, but boy am I glad it has been discovered! I went in for a no chip manicure and also bought a pedicure and a facial. Obviously, I never wanted to leave! Patrice was so nice, so talented, and SO friendly. We had a great time relaxing and chatting. All of her services were wonderful and her studio is so quiet and tranquil.
I will definitely be back and can’t wait!!!
