They do not answer the phone, nor call you back. I called for 2 weeks and no one seems to work there– don’t bother !

Unfortunately I never got the chance to use any services because after purchasing my Groupon & calling to schedule an appt, I was told my 4 sessions were being combined into 2! That isn’t what I paid for. That is not what was advertised. I think that is a very sneaky, lowdown way of getting customers! April was very, very pleasant to speak with. Great customer service! It isn’t her fault. You have to run a business legitimately if you want it to be successful. If you got to McDonald’s and order a value meal & they gave you a Happy Meal, would you feel like you got your money’s worth? NO! I called Groupon & had them refund my money! I was really looking forward to trying this out.

I was very pleased with my 1^st session today 4÷14÷15. Chase was nice enough to squeeze me in with short notice. I guess I got lucky too cuz they had a cancellation when I called since I’ve been calling to see if they have an opening.
Chase greeted me nicely after filling up some paperworks. People there were very accomodating. I did my session with Vanessa and she seems very knowledgeable and walked me through it. I have a groupon and very skeptical that since I didn’t pay a full amount, they will cut the service short; to my surprise Chase even gave me a free one firming session. My waistline was 31″ before the session. Vanessa advised me to put a waist compression belt after the treatment and measured my waistline again and it was 30″. I went to the gym after with waist compression belt on. Lifted some weights, 15 mins cardio and 15 mins in sauna. I checked my waistline again before goin to bed and i couldn’t believe it. 28 inches!!!
I am sorry for a long review! As a matter of fact, this is my very first review that I have written and it looks like a novela alrdy but my result is unbelievable! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

Is this place existing at all? I am trying to contact them since one week ago to ask about their Ultrasonic Cavitation treatments but nobody ever answered the phone. There‘s only a voicemail. Pretty spooky!
