Portable Plus Steam Cleaning

We desperately needed to get our carpet professional cleaned after some renovations.
Requested a few quotes from Unilocal and this was one of the finalists based off of price and reviews. There was one other company that was a few dollars cheaper, but the scheduling did not work out and this company was more responsive and quick to answer my questions. I communicated with Leon and he suggested I check with my condo building to make sure they can come in, something I did not think about, so glad he was knowledgeable in this. He sent me a text when they were a few minutes away from my place.

Don’t hesitate for one second to call these guys! I had 3 oriental area rugs that were smelling awful because of my dog! I ordered a wet vacuum from Amazon in hopes that I could fix the problem myself… To no avail, in fact, it made the rugs smell worse!!! I just got my rugs back and not only do they smell amazing, the color is vibrant and the fringe like new! These are 30 year old rugs!!!

These guys are amazing. Super friendly, quick responses over text to schedule, and they made my couch look good as new. (My dog is still using it as her favorite nap spot, but that’s another story.) Showed up right on time and even gave me a small discount because I was paying cash. Will be calling again if anything needs a cleaning!

They did a great job on some furniture that had been in my aunt’s unlived-​in house for two years. No VOCs or toxic substance and got the stains out, too… I just wish they’d wear ear plugs. And if you are going to stay in the area where they are working, you should use ear plugs… friendly and reasonably priced. They had quoted me a price for my couch but when they came they said since the cushions weren’t separate, they charged me less. Came on time and it took the time they had said.

These guys are awesome! I’d first made an appointment for 5:30pm. Leon was the one that brought up the point that my building probably would not be ok with that. I think I’ll start having him approve all ideas I have going forward.
Leon and James came in and we went over what exactly needed to be cleaned and asked me to point out any stains that needed to be attacked. Now, I have a dark brown couch. It didn’t look bad to me. Holy smokes was I wrong! Both my couch and area rug look brand spakin’ new! I’ve been living in squalor and wasn’t even aware. I’m thinking they went to the Hogwarts school of magical carpet cleaning. They were able to make the hair from 4 different cats disappear.
These guys did a great job and I highly recommend them based on their professionalism, seriously reasonable costs and the fact that they’re magicians.

Just got my carpets and home done recently again! Get the scotch guard treatment for your upholstery– definitely well worth it. Friendly Quick Service no complaints.

I’ve never reviewed a business on Unilocal before, but Leon and his team are incredible. Our cats peed on our guest bed the night before a friend was visiting, and they were able to come at the last minute. In fifteen minutes the stain was gone, and it was a lot less expensive than I thought. And extremely nice, to boot!

First contacted Portable Plus because our foster dogs left dander and I was totally miserable! After seeing their Unilocal reviews, decided to give them a try. Left a message and was not only called back right away but they were able to schedule a next day appointment.

Just had Leon and Oliver out today. They did a wonderful job on our 3-​story town house. I felt so bad about the stairs but they were so kind and did a great job. They are fast, efficient, and super affordable. The carpets look great and we will definitely be using them again.

The apartment we moved into had previous tenants with a very hairy dog for 3 years. When we moved in, my and my son’s allergies acted up terribly, even though the landlord said they had the carpets cleaned. So my husband and I called on Portable Plus Steam Cleaning. They had done work for us in the past so we knew we could count on them.
I got a call back quickly after calling (although the VM was full and I couldn’t leave a message) and was able to get an appointment just a few days after I called. Leon and coworker did a great job. Efficient, knowledgeable, and nice people too. Leon is the owner and he clearly cares about his work. The pricing was reasonable, actually less expensive than I thought after the work was done. We had a full basement, two sets of stairs, and 2 bedrooms which they got done in about 2 hours, and did a very thorough job. I strongly recommend!

The BEST in steam cleaning! I had a sectional sofa and chair that needed cleaning after a rough move and they now both look like new! I could not be more happy with the service that Portable Plus delivers. Their prices are very fair and worth every cent. They are professional and truly understand fabrics. Leon and Oliver are life-​savers! I called them yesterday at 8am in a panic, and they returned my call right away, even fitting us in for an appointment the same day. A dog we watched over the weekend had an accident on our new – yes, brand new! – couch, and despite our best efforts, we weren’t able to get the smell out. After just 15 – 20 minutes of steam cleaning, our cushion is like brand new! Leon and Oliver were very professional and efficient. We’re going to recommend them to our condo association and will certainly be using them again in the future.

These guys were great! I had them over to clean 2 floors of berber carpet, one of which was RIDDLED with urine stains from my dogs (they’re lucky they’re cute). They were really up front about the fact that it may be soaked into the pad, may be hard to get out, yada yada, but then they worked for a whopping hour and the place looks and smells great! Price was super reasonable as well. Highly recommend.

These guys did an awesome job on our carpet and couch! Not to me to mention they came out twice– before we moved In for the carpets and after for the couch! We have two dogs who have destroyed our couch with slobber and dog bone goop! They were super easy to schedule, showed up on time and affordable! We will have them back again since we can’t keep our dogs off the couch or carpet!

I cannot say enough good things about Leon and Oliver! Very professional and friendly gentleman. They arrived on time to steam clean my 3 cushion couch and area rug. It ended up being cheaper than the estimate they gave me (no complaints there!)
It only took about 45 minutes and really did the job! My area rug had a couple rough stains on there and it looks brand spakin’ new. I had them steam clean my couch (which had cat urine smell on the left side) and the smell is permanently GONE! Super satisfied with the service they provided.
