Quicksilver Floor

I was given Marian’s name by a colleague, as a Realtor it’s imperative to have a list of providers that you can rely on and Marian with Quick Silver floor did not disappoint. He met me at my clients house exactly on time, he told me some floor boards would need to be replaced and he found the right match in his supply, provided me with an estimate and a certificate of insurance, showed up at precisely the time he said and did a phenomenal job. Thank you

Marian is fantastic — he is very fast and responsive and incredibly professional. He has great knowledge and understanding of hardwood floors and we are really happy we went with him to polish our cherry wood floors. He has also been very flexible and understanding of logistical challenges we’ve had. We would certainly recommend him to anyone else in the future.

Highly recommended! My in-​laws live out of town and they had some pergo floors in their lakefront high rise that were damaged from a leaking shower. I was the local contact to oversee the job. Marian gave us a quote the first time we called him. We didn’t have to chase him down like many other contractors we have worked with! Working in a high rise is a bit more difficult because workers have to work with the elevators, rules etc… and Quicksilver came through. They removed and disposed the old flooring and underlay and installed new laminate floating wood floors. There was a small add on because Marian did not know the underlay was damaged but that only added $ 200 to the project. Note that Marian would have preferred us to install real wood floors but because of the restrictions in the building, we used laminate floors instead. He is going on my website as a preferred partner.

We bought a 120 year old house with old, farmhouse floors that had been stained, painted, and had four layers of vinyl/​linoleum, and carpet on them. We weren’t sure if they were salvageable, but Marian (the owner of Quicksilver) and his team at Quicksilver did a GREAT job. They were available within a few days of when we called them, and rehabbed and re-​finished the floors (with 3 separate coats of finish), plus put down brand-​new red oak floors in a bedroom, all within 4 days (3 coats of finish means 3 separate work days). Marian is incredibly friendly, informative, and his prices are lower than the other places we called. Marian does excellent, timely, professional work. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone looking to rehab their floors or installing brand-​new hardwood floors. Thanks Marian!
