I came to this location of Radio Shack in search of a micro usb charger. I’d gone to Target earlier, but even the cheapest, off-brand charger was almost 30 dollars! I thought I’d check Radio Shack, and was pleasantly surprised to find a greater selection and more reasonably priced chargers. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a staff member, but the manager was not in her prime of customer service skills. She just pointed at a wall, and I looked so confused that she told the staff member to show me where it was. The staff member walked me to the wall, and patiently pointed out my options. She missed a few options, and I was lucky I studied the options on the wall myself. I scored a charger for under ten bucks! I highly recommend checking out Radio Shack before buying electronics anywhere else. You might score a few deals you’d think only a big box store would provide. Hat tip to the staff member wearing a Christmas hat-she was definitely spreading holiday cheer even if her manager wasn’t.

Super rude and impatient staff. Called regarding a power adaptor for a phone — employee wasn’t helpful and condescending as I did my best to explain the amps and voltage(not my forte) of the power cord I desperately needed. Will never go to Radioshack here, or any other Radioshack.

Wow — I have never been to a store with worse customer service than this exact store — so badly so I had to tell the manager to his face in the middle of our interaction. They were rude, tried their hardest to not honor my warranty by blaming me for things that I did not do. Worst of all, I had to call another RadioShack to explain them how to do their job because they were refusing my service(they said the service didn’t exist buy they didn’t know how). Horrible listeners. I picked up my warranty today and was greeted by a rude worker again — I asked if my item was fixed 3 times and was given a smart answer all three times. Drive somewhere else unless you enjoy being pissed off.

not bad… normally understaffed though. If there are more than two people in the store, prepare to wait for a while in line. I work close by so come in on occasion for things for my office. friendly staff none the less.
