The property tax bureaucracy is opaque at best, but this organization finds a clear path to beneficial results. I had failed in an earlier appeal despite the fact that the appraisal for the year of purchase was for more than the purchase price. Three years later, I used Andrea’s professional services and she was able to reduce a 50% increase in appraised value back to what it should have been initially, In addition, she obtained refunds for those years where the government had collected on the erroneous initial appraisal. The City, the County, the State, will roll over the homeowner; use a professional. I found Andrea Raila to be the perfect professional for me.

They helped us get our taxes reduced by 17%. Very happy with their service. Would use them again when it’s time to appeal. We appealed them ourselves once, but this is a lot less work and the charge for their services is not very much compared to the reduction in taxes.
