I couldn’t be more happier than choosing Rhea Joyer for my Home and Car insurance.
I was a first time homebuyer and I was shopping for quotes for my home insurance and her quote was half the price of any other place I went to. And then when I combined my home insurance with my car insurance, it made it even cheaper.
I would also add, aside from the great savings, the thing that sold me was the great customer service her office provided. Any question I had and any issue that came up, they were quick to assist me and made me feel like I was being taken care of.

I called and then visited this Insurance office. I spoke with Alyssa each time. Alyssa was SPECTACULARLY FANTASTIC! She took her time and explained everything. Alyssa was relaxed, friendly and crystal clear in her explanations. She didn’t say too much nor too little. She didn’t talk over my head, nor did she dumb down any explanation.
When I came in for auto insurance, she welcomed me and made me feel relaxed, like I was visiting a friend. Right away she offered me water, tea, coffee. She served up water and a plate of fresh baked cookies from the specialty bakery next door (Hilary’s Cookies).
Alyssa spent a lot of time with me. She was friendly, patient and took all the time I wanted, which was a lot. I’d just moved to Chicago from out of state, and wanted to *thoroughly* understand my options for car and renters insurance. Alyssa explained it all so I understood it and was able to make the perfect choice.
