We Truly wish we could give this place 6 stars. I have been with Richele for almost 9 years. Through multiple vehicles, homes, and various other policies, this place is by far the best. My relationship with this office has become like family. I highly recommend this office. State Farm is by far the best insurance I have ever had.

We use Richele for our auto insurance and renters insurance. She is the best agent we have ever worked with. From the beiginning she made us feel very comfortable. We could tell she had our best interest at heart. She listened to everything that we said we needed and gave us just that. She didn’t try to squeeze us for every penny. She knew we were on a budget so she gave us the best rate possible while still giving us the protection we needed.
We were rear ended a couple of months ago and all it took was one phone call to her office to get everything that taken care of. The process was painless. The accident wasn’t our fault and she made sure we got excatly what we were owed no questions asked.
She is also very warm and friendly. I know that if anything ever happens to our things she will take care of it painlessly and quickly. I would reommend her to anyone! If you haven’t reviewed your insurance policies recently give her a call and she will def be able to work with you to get you protected.

I first discovered the Richele Brainin State Farm insurance agency through a recommendation by my friend. She had really nice things to say about the agent Richele and I have found that she is indeed an excellent agent. Not only is she experienced and knowledgeable, but also she is genuine which is something that I always appreciate. She offers an in person annual review which is such a great opportunity to ask questions and to make sure coverage is matching to needs. She has helpful and friendly staff who can take care of everything but it is nice knowing that if I want to talk to Richele directly that she will always return my call. Very happy with the service and expertise at this agency– highly recommend!

I used Richele Brainin’s office for a number of insurance policies when I lived in Chicago. I picked this office based on proximity to where I first moved to and transferred State Farm policies from another state. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained my policies to me thoroughly. Everyone in the office was nice and helpful. It was always very simple to make any changes to policies when necessary. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an insurance agent.

I have been working with Richele and her team for several years. She is my go to girl to refer clients to. I’m a realtor and my clients need home owners insurance or renters insurance. Her team responds quickly and they are friendly. She is also walking distance to downtown so my clients can sit down and meet with someone if they choose to. I recently moved to Chicago from San Diego and was in need of a local State Farm Representative. I live in River North and I have many choices of agents at my disposal, however, I chose this office after having had just one conversation with Richele. Richele was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and I did not feel as if she was trying to sell me on products that I did not need. She was very attentive and followed up with me during my transition and when I met her in person, I was very pleased with my choice in agent.
I currently have three policies with Richele and I will continue to use her office for any future insurance policies.

I wish I could give a negative review after visiting this office last summer. We needed to get renters insurance for our new apartment so we figured we would stick to State Farm since we had a pleasant experience with them prior. I did a quote online and it said someone from the local office would contact us. We just went to the office instead to speed things up. Everything was going good until the price quote went up a little. So we questioned why. We didn’t get a straightforward answer. It was only a $ 1 so we didn’t real mind– it was just frustrating. Everyone is always looking to make more money I guess. Anyways– we proceed. It’s time for payment. My husband gives the guy his debit card number and the guy starts to write it down in a NOTEBOOK. Mind you, we are sitting at his desk, in front of his computer. We ask what the heck he’s doing??? He said that’s what they do. They write down peoples information in this little notebook and then enter it in to the system later. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? We glanced at his notebook, FULL of people’s names and debit/​credit card numbers. that is UNSECURED! Anyone could walk into that office and swipe that notebook. How do you know the numbers are destroyed to protect your customers information??? We stopped the application process right there. We called Richelle and my husband talked to her directly and she said she didn’t know that was going on, so we asked her to transfer our existing plan to another agent. We no longer wanted to be a part of their office.
Well, 3 days ago we got a letter in the mail from THEIR office, saying our existing plan was about to be cancelled due to lack of payment. WHAT!!! We have never gotten anything saying a payment was due?! And the fact that it came from THEIR office means Richelle never transferred our plan, as we asked her to do a year ago. STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this location. I can’t believe a company as big as State Farm would allow such horrible service.
