Established in 2014.

Established in Chicago in 2014, the firm reincorporated as Rifkind Patrick LLC in June 2015. Mr. Patrick heads the Business and Litigation Groups. Rifkind Patrick was started based on the founders’ belief that there is a market for a law firm who offers outstanding and efficient legal services, along with flexible billing structures to their clients’ needs.
