Real estate brokerage and property management. We manage mostly residential properties in the city of Chicago. We also represent buyers and sellers who are looking to purchase or sell properties.

History

Established in 2004.

We started managing individual condo units and grew to managing larger portfolios for investors. We continue to manage single units for individuals as well as larger properties for investors. We have integrated management software that helps to automate the management process and present financial summaries to our clients monthly, quarterly, and most importantly, year end.

We also offer handyman services to help maintain and even renovate the properties we manage.

We are also able to offer our insights in real estate to individuals and investors looking to purchase or sell properties.
