Nothing better than a $ 9 bowl of «vegetable and tofu ph» consisting of 10¢ of instant noodles, 10¢ of sliced carrots, and 5¢ of scallion 50¢ of tofu bathed in poorly seasoned broth accompanied by a rolled up sandwich bag of 8 sprouts, 2 slices of jalapeño, 1⁄8 lime, and four sprigs of basil to make you feel like a sucker. Technically edible.

Crispy French bread, juicy chicken, fresh herbs and spices. What’s not to like on The Henhouse? Splash a little Siracha and it’s perfect. Big fan of this place. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu.

I work nearby, and my colleagues and I have been patiently awaiting the opening of the latest Siagon Sister location. We couldn’t have been more disappointed though now that it’s opened! «Half the size but twice the price» of typical Phở. I paid nearly $ 10 dollars for a half full bowl of broth and 2 small slices of Roast Beef. You have to ask for the bean sprouts, cilantro and basil – they’re not included – and they give it to you in tiny little plastic baggies. I’m hoping that this new location is just still working out the kinks, but I’m not overly optimistic.
