Order through delivery just to have them give me a burnt pizza with barely any cheese, sauce or toppings.

I used to order from here on a regular basis but never again. I am done with Sarpino’s after they screwed up my order and I called to complain and the lady argued with me. She offered to credit my account but continued to argue with me so I told her to keep my money. It is the last time I will ever spend money with Sarpino’s. There are so many other options in Chicago by establishments who value their customers.

Last night I watched in-store as the employee kept yelling at customers on the phone and slamming the phone. It got to the point where other employees had to tell him to calm down. My pizza was supposed to take 30 minutes and it took 60. The manager offered to refund my order and I could leave — waste of time. Order elsewhere.

I work nearby but would never order their pizza. Yuck! Uninspired crust, low quality sauce and toppings, etc. Worst pizza in or near Uptown. The calzones are pretty good though.

Im so tired of the disconnect with this place! I’ve been a very good customer for years, and now you have blew it! The last order I had was a calzone, which when it arrived, it was burned and there were green peppers in it, which I did not order. When I called to complain, the guy there, George, told me «they are always cooked extra like that”-umm, I don’t think so George! I’ve been ordering there for years, and they have never been burned! It was awful! So, he issues me a $ 15 credit for my next order, but I have to call… ok Now, its a few weeks later, I called to order-you can barely hear the person on the phone because of the guys laughing and yelling in the background-come on guys, I am not an old man, I like fun, but it was ridiculous! Then, I was told I couldn’t use a coupon, even though I had a credit for YOURMISTAKE, NOTMINE! Absolutely unacceptable! I’ve written to your corporate contacts, and I am complaining here. I’ve been in customer service for years prior, why should I be punished for your mistake? Never again, oh and guess what-I work in the Public Relations sector, your done!

The entire experience was great! These reviews scared me but I just moved here and this is officially my joint. They also have free delivery and 15% when you order online!

I just want to say the guy that answers the phone here is kinda the best. Ordering take out can be so annoying and he is always so clear and easy to talk to. I am pretty sure it’s always the same guy I have talked to. Sounds maybe like a Russian accent? Anyways, thanks for making ordering for delivery not dreadful and always saying have a good night or something friendly. Pizza is totally fine. I wouldn’t write home about it but sometimes you want cheap and easy pizza that doesn’t suck.

It’s cheap and they deliver late. It’s not the kind of pizza you proud to say you ordered at 3am on Saturday morning. But it arrives fast, hot, and if you order from them there isn’t a minimum order. Like I said, in a city where there is a plethora of amazing pizza joints Sarpino’s is the best option in my neighborhood at 3am. Best shared with friends and beer.

A three topping personal pizza and a can of pop for $ 5.99? I’ve abused this place too much the past two weeks when I don’t get to bed until 4am. Food has always been ready quickly and the staff has always been nice.

I ordered a pizza for delivery… That was good, a little late, but still good. Was exactly how I expected to be and not very expensive.

Best Sarpino’s imo. I usually go to south loop location but this one’s always so much better.

Decent pizza but the worst delivery I have ever experienced. Nearly two hours with no pie and no surprise it came cold. Last time I order from here.

Ordered delivery from Sarpino’s because I had a credit and was feeling lazy, so my compromise was ordering a salad. I got the Greek salad and added grilled chicken for a reasonable $ 2. Pretty simple salad – generous portions of chicken, feta, kalamata olives, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, green peppers, and romaine. It was huge so I split it into two meals. The chicken was kinda bland but the dressing made it okay. Don’t know if they make their own dressings but the balsamic was tasty and they sent along two cups which was plenty. My order arrived in about 45 minutes which seems long for a salad but I’m not mad. Not sure if I would’ve ordered from here if not for the credit, but maybe I’ll try a calzone or sandwich and change my mind!

Really used to like this place, but the past 3 or 4 times I’ve gotten pizza from here they’ve messed up my order(literally every time) and the pizza is rubber. Honestly, order from Domino’s

At 2:30am on a weekday in Edgewater, everything is closed… except Sarpino’s. I used Grubhub and ordered cheese breadsticks and chicken bacon ranch pizza… and it was awesome. EXTREMELY greasy, though. It will tear your stomach apart. Please be advised it’s probably best to had after a drunk adventure.

65 minute wait for delivery. It arrived luke warm, stuck to the card board and smelling like it too.

My go-to delivery pizza joint. These guys don’t have a minimum, don’t charge a delivery fee, and despite that, they always deliver on time with a hundred-percent-correct order. Pretty impressive, when you’re talking different toppings on different halves on different size pies. It’s not artisanal gourmet pizza, but it is the best late-night delivery pie in town(beware the 24-hour establishments which we’ll leave nameless). If those aren’t enough reasons to order from here, these guys have specials running every night of the week and make it stupid simple to save a buck or two. Check. Mate. Now quit reading GrubHub reviews and order a pizza from here.

Ok, so everyone I know hates this place, but I have to say, they make a solid calzone(I put pepp, meatball and bacon in mine) so I’m down for some late night munchies. The lasagna has way TOO much cottage cheese and not enough sauce/veggies. C’mon guys, I love cheese, but I don’t want to die young. My verdict? You want bang for your buck? Catering for a man cave party? Or late night noms? These guys are quick, cheap and the quality is on point.

YOUHAVETOREADTHIS! I have been ordering at Sarpino’s for years now and an unacceptable incident happened. I ordered lemonade in-can together with my pizza and they tasted awful. This is not the first time that the lemonade tasted weird. When I checked the cans, they were actually expired!!! I started getting a slight headache after those few sips. My concern is this. If they were not able to track expiration dates for their drinks, I wonder how they do that with the ingredients that they use for their food?! This is clearly an oversight from the management and should be addressed with all seriousness. This kind of mistake is unhealthy not only to the consumers but also to the brand that you trust your food from for years! In all fairness to the manager, he offered to send new ones. I hope this thing never happens again. I’m not sure if I am going to order food from them again anytime soon.
