I can’t say enough good things about this company. We had a top-​to-​bottom flood at our house in the middle of the night a few weeks ago. Servpro was at our house within 4 hours. They were prompt, always delivered on the expectations they set, and were clear about the next steps. Everyone at Servpro from the front office, to the crew at our house was always easy to find and they answered every question we had. We hope to never, ever have a flood again, but if we do, we definitely know who to call. Thank you, Servpro!

I didn’t use this particular Serve Pro, but I did contact them to clean our flooded basement. That was 3 days ago and after playing phone tag, I have not heard from them. Now my flooded basement smells like mold and fungus and all things gross. Sorry, but I won’t be contacting them again God willing we get more water in our basement.
