Bought a Sony Cyber-​shot DSCH300 B Digital Still Camera from the Sony Store on January 16, 2015. Right out of the box it didn’t work and they had Precision Camera replace it under warranty. Now the new one transfers pictures into the black hole in my computer that only a computer genius can find. The camera got into a Mass Storeage mode that needs adjustments with hammers and briefcases insane and too complicated for the average person to figure out. The Sony tech took me through a half a dozen steps and found the pictures after a Mass Storage problem with the camera. I went through Hammers, Brief Cases, and a bunch more with letters and after being disconnected I am left with an expensive piece of junk for the trash can. Oh, I can send it back to Precision Camera for $ 96.50 + parts and get it adjusted… are you kidding me? Ridiculous and rendered worthless by Windows 10. Like a lemon vehicle, I have had this camera for less than a year Sony needs to recall this and replace it with a camera that
I purchased this camera to take high quality pictures for my Facebook, Family and Friends and sending them on e-​mails. Now I can’t do that at all as I can’t find them in my computer. Also, the camera produces pictures that takes g-​mail and yahoo about 10 minutes to download each one and will only send two at a time… that’s when you could find the pictures in your computer. Now the pictures are in the camera in the computer but unable to find because they are being transferred into «Mass Storeage» or a black hole that no normal person could possible find. Now it’s junk in less than a year… absurd.
