Fantastic Dentist! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bloom. I had a smile that I was embarrassed about, so I never smiled. Dr. Bloom patiently and carefully explained everything he was thinking about doing, frequently asked for my opinion and was gentle and caring during all the work. He truly went above and beyond anything I had expected or experienced with a dentist before. (Kim, his assistant is also super pleasant and I always looked forward to seeing her). Now I’m smiling constantly.

Dr Bloom is absolutely wonderful. I am terrified of dentists; I have no tolerance of pain, but Dr Bloom both cleaned my teeth and evened out both my top and bottom teeth and I didn’t feel a thing. He also made me a night guard, and because I was leaving the area 2 days later, he had it ready for me the next day. He modified it until it was absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough good things about him. He really is terrific. Anybody needs a dentist, go to Dr. Bloom!

I will absolutely never go to another dentist again. Dr Bloom and Kim are the most genuine, kind people I think you will ever meet. I have major anxiety issues and all of that subsided the minute they started to work on my teeth (deep cleaning… I hadn’t seen a dentist in OVER 6 years because I was never comfortable with anyone). They will ask your preference in music and will turn it on, no matter what type it is. Dr Bloom always has a joke to tell. It doesn’t matter how many times you hear the joke… it is always funny every time you hear it because Dr Bloom is always SO enthusiastic and proud when he tells it. My husband needed some major work done on his teeth and no matter WHAT TIME OF DAY… they always made us feel like we could contact them no matter what. They really do take pride in the work they do. I am not even anxious for my next cleaning. I honestly can’t wait. They did such a great job taking care of me. If I could repay them I would. Hopefully this review helps :)

Dr bloom and kim are truly the best in business… They are always warm and welcoming each time I go in there. I am always relaxed and feel refreshed after each one of my visits. Dr bloom always makes going to the dentist fun with his little jokes and puns… I met dr bloom and Kim about 3 years ago and they changed my life. I had really bad teeth and decided to get the snap on smile. Words cannot express how happy he made me. I have the perfect smile for many years to come. He is artist and his attention to detail is out of this world. Dr bloom and Kim have watched me grow up over the years and I can always share my life experiences with them from graduating from college, getting engaged, and finally getting married and I look forward to starting a family and taking my children to them because I know they will be well taken care of. This past may I got married. They made my wedding day even more special bc he cleaned my teeth as well as my snap on appliance two days before the wedding and he made me look great in all of our pictures. He takes pride in his work and he has the proven track record to back it up with his countless awards. The snap on smile appliance is sooooo amazing its one of the best things ever created. The process that he took make it was spot on, they color, fit, size and shape were perfect. That goes back to his attention to detail. I highly recommend dr bloom… I always look forward to my appointments and look forward to seeing him again in 3 months.

I had cosmetic pieces that snap over your teeth made here. Dr. Bloom was told what I wanted color and shape wise as well as showed pictures of what was desired. I also specified that if they would look a certain way I did not want them. Dr. Bloom recommended I have the lab make them with a certain shape and color.
They arrived and they were noting like what I had asked for, they were actually exactly what I specified I did not want. Let me repeat, I specified that if they were going to look a certain way, I DID NOT WANT THEM. He told me they wouldn’t, but they did.
He worked on them to try to fix them a bit and told me to take them home to wear them. I did for a week and people who I did not know were starting at my teeth. It looked like I had put those fake Halloween vampire teeth in, only horse shaped.
I went back to him a couple weeks later as I was out of town for a wedding I was in. The whole reason I got the piece made, it was not worn for it because it looked so awful by the way. He worked on it some more and told me about having it sent back to the lab to have it reshaped.
The lab however will not redo the color for you. One of the main things wrong. I specified what color I wanted in pictures, and he told me which formula to choose to match them. It was not correct.
When I did not want this done, because they would still not be made the way I had specified to him, he started to yell at me. For several minutes he yelled until I was sitting in the chair crying. I realize that may be hard to believe, but am not exaggerating that at all. Both my mother and his assistant were in the room.
I never went back.
After proceeding with the state and credit card company to get a refund, he had the audacity to email me telling me it was my fault I wasn’t happy with the pieces, because I never came back to have them worked on further or have them returned within the 30 day period.
First of all, one of the main problems, the color, the lab will not fix
Secondly, why should I go back, after being treated that way?
To make it short:
He did not get me what I asked for, that cost me several grand. (I was lucky enough to win the case with a credit card company and get a refund)
He yelled at me while I was in the office.
He refused, and still does, to take fault for steering me in the wrong direction for the piece based on its color and shape.
He is very arrogant and is ‘always right’.
I have no doubt that he means well. I don’t think he maliciously did any of this. His arrogance aside, he really does try to make his patients laugh and puts their preference of music on. Regardless my experience with him was all unacceptable and unprofessional.
In my opinion, if you need more than a cleaning, steer clear!!!
