Wish I read all these reviews prior to ordering a jersey from them through Amazon. Ordered on January 3^rd, was to arrive on the 11^th. During that time I never got confirmation of shipment nothing. On the 11^th, I emailed them to figure out what was going on. They responded 24 hours later with «It’ll be shipped by the end of this week». That’s it. When I expressed that I was extremely upset with the customer service and lack of help, they offered a discount of %20 (while that is a nice gesture, I would have paid an extra %20 to not deal with their bullshit). Sent another email yesterday asking to cancel my order, 24 hours later received an email saying it would be here early next week. It’s Thursday, it won’t be here by early next week. The extremely unprofessional responses from this «business» Facebook page come as no surprise.

Would be no stars if I had the option. Never once did they inform me to expect delays and it took countless calls to even receive tracking info. Avoid this company at all costs especially if you are hoping to receive you’re purchase in a timely matter. I ordered my one tshirt 3 weeks before Xmas and still I will not be able to give my gift in time for Xmas.
Now I get to show up to my Xmas gift exchange party with no gift, thanks sports world Chicago.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered a shirt that did not fit and wanted to return it however it was shipped without return information on slip. I called and was told to look at website for return policy, I explained the website is not working and asked could you just tell me return policy and he said no but I can ask someone to call you that knows the policy. I never received a call back. Website is still not working 2 weeks later and still no call back, I called again and was once again informed to look at website I said website isn’t working and she said she did not know policy I asked her to look it up and she said she couldn’t because website was not working for her. There is no paper copy of return policy? I asked to speak to management and after waiting on hold was told, «manager said follow instructions on back of package slip» WHICH IS BLANK. I called again and the woman that answered the phone said could email me the RMA, but I never received it later on that day I called again and they said they would email me RMA and I again never received it. Bottom line they don’t want to give me the chance to return this item because they want my money! Also week 3 web still still not working. no call back from management either. I suggest everyone report them to BBB I filed a complaint online.

TERRIBLE! I live in the northern Chicago suburbs. Ordered a flag online with next day air shipping. 5 days later I had not received shipping confirmation although my credit card had been charged. I called the 844-​GO-​Chicago phone number. I spoke to someone and explained that I still wanted the item but that I didn’t want to pay $ 38 for shipping when it’s already been 5 days. The customer service person could not assist but would pass along then information to a person that can help and that I would get a call back.
Two days later, NOTHING! No call and no delivery. I called back. Spoke to a different customer service rep who then hung up on me. Called a 3^rd time. Spoke to yet another customer service person who said she was unable to assist me but would pass along the information to someone that can.
At this point, I’m done. I requested that my order be cancelled. I was instructed to go onto the website to cancel my order. I stayed on the line until I found information on cancelling an order which said to call the number that I was already on the line with! I asked to speak to her supervisor and was transferred to a Jean who took all of my information for the 4^th time. Apparently, my cancellation request is being sent to the person who can actually cancel the order although I have no idea how long until I will receive notification of the cancelled order nor do I know when I can expect a credit to my credit card. Jean could not answer ANY of my questions. I have no idea how she is a supervisor or how they can claim that they are «customer service members» I have yet to receive ANY assistance.
My recommendation — NEVER order from this company!!! I will give this company 2 business days to refund my credit card or I will be going to the BBB. I have NEVER dealt with such an awful company.

Wow, stopped to pick up souvenirs to bring home with me when after 10 minutes of shopping I hear” last call” I turn around and the guy working said they are closed. I spent $ 70 but now I am thinking I might just return everything tomorrow. I should of walked out with nothing. Terrible customer service. It’s no fun shopping for gifts when you are being rushed by staff. This place sucks!

It is easy to get caught up in all the history and wonder of the chicago cubs and wrigley field and you want to get yourself or a loved one a souvenir. I get it! I am a huge baseball fan and get all mushy and nostalgic about it. But, Please avoid this place at all costs. It’s a cheap knock off from the authentic one across the street. That being said, the prices are slightly cheaper so that might be a lure. I am not so much offended by it’s lack of authenticity as it still has a variety of products that might be appealing to baseball fans and all chicago sports teams fans; the problem was with the rude manager and sketchy feel of the place.
I wanted to buy a t shirt for my niece, who plays softball and thinks it would be cool to have a cubs t shirt, even though she is a phillies fan, and asked the jackass manager if prices were negotiable, since they seem so ridiculously overpriced. Without thinking, he said «NO» in this nasty, condesceding tone. I tried to be a little charming because I was quite taken back by his miserable attitude and he just ignored me. Had he been polite and said, «oh, i’ll give you a 10% discount, which may have amounted to $ 2, he would have made a profit on his cheap ass, slave labor t shirts. In this day where everyone has a voice, customer service and friendliness goes a long way.
life is too short to do business with people like this. I went down the street to wrigleyville and they were much more accomadating and had a pleasant, friendly staff. I bought a couple of shirts on discount; just ask where they are and you might be able to find a nice discounted gem.
Avoid this place… even the name is lame!

You have to see this place for what it is, a tourist trap. We went here after cruising through boys-​town and wrigleyville and the wife found a cool cubs shirt she still wears regularly. Good costumer service and a nice collection to choose from.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They have the worst customer service ever and they are simply horrible to their customers. I spent a week trying to follow up on the order and left multiple messages and was lied to over and over again and even their own call center told me they were embarrassed by your behavior. They went so far to lie when I reached out to them on twitter, telling me they were there when they had not answered calls 3 times that day. And then when they told me to call and I did, they did not answer the call and ignored the follow up tweets. There are thousands of great sports sites to order items from that will give you great customer service

Shopped their online store and found 3 nice items. Called the day after I placed my order because a coupon I had didn’t reduce the amount of my charge. Person said they would credit my account for the 10% off.

Worst customer service ever. I’m ordering over $ 200 worth of merchandise and wanted to make sure my order was processed as I received no confirmation order screen or email.
The lady on the other end was just flat out RUDE. Could not help me at all and was just plain b*tchy. Last time I will EVER order from them!

Terrible service. I purchased a hat from this place a week ago as a present. The guy who sold it to me assured me that I could bring it back if it didn’t work out. I stopped by today to get a refund with my receipt, the «owner» says I can only get store credit. I told him that the guy who sold it to me said I could return it for a refund and he basically shrugged his shoulders and said too bad it’s the policy. I understand that it’s the policy but I’d generally assume what an employee tells me is the truth. I didn’t even get an apology for being told something totally wrong. I don’t plan on ever going back, sports authority is down the street, at least they have some decent service…

My friend and I (both visiting from NY) came in for some Cubs /​Chicago souvenirs and while the pricing was on par with their Wrigleyville neighbors (read: overpriced), service was excellent and the two staffers I spoke to were both friendly and patient as we navigated the store.
The store itself is sporty, with exposed brick walls and good display of the merchandise. Everything’s laid out logically, although different versions/​designs of some of the smaller items (glasses, mugs, etc.) can be found scattered around the store, rather than all in one spot… perhaps some were on sale/​clearance.
