I’m sorry, but the overall impression of this place is unprofessional. Presentation and performance are both kind of a hot mess. I ordered my coffee and the girl seemed apathetic about working, along with fooling around with her coworkers. I fully support having fun in a work environment, but at least keep it professional and engage with your customers. Along with that, the condiment bar and tables were a mess. I ordered a grande red eye iced coffee sweetened and it had a little bit of what tasted like toffee nut syrup in it instead, along with being watered down. Hope I can come here next time and it can be better.

This Starbucks was exactly what I have come to expect from this chain, burnt coffee, poor service and because it is in the airport the pain is even more clearly felt… I recommend getting your coffee fix prior to showing up for your flight.

Typical airport Starbucks. Service was fast and friendly. The line wasn’t too long compared to the others around.

At gate C 30 — Rude customer service. I stated my order twice while she was holding a conversation with someone else and kept on asking me what I wanted. After the third try it was heard. But I can deal with that. The worst is yet to come… Then while waiting for my «coffee» I saw a plastic container(used to make fraps and other cold drinks) fall on the ground and get banged around a couple of times. This Starbucks worker(I know her name but will not state it here) picked it up, RINSED it with plain water and put it back on the shelf for use. NOSOAP used to clean this container. Drink at your own risk! Wish I could give negative stars for violation like this one.

The slowest starbucks ever with almost no variety of food and patiserie, avoid it if possible

The employees there are not too bright. They gave my drink to the wrong person, twice. A 15 minute wait for a large coffee is unexpectable.

This location has worse than normal service. To their defense, it was extremely crowded, but they were very distracted, which is bad combination with crowded. They were calling out drink types instead of names and many customers were confused. The person in front of me got iced coffee and complained it tasted like iced tea, while the person behind me got a drink missing the vanilla flavor they ordered. My drink was good but I got bad treatment in line — the chick in front of me was a friend to the cashier and held up the line talking, then the person prepping orders for the cashier skipped me, again slowing the line.

Hands down the worst Starbucks I have been to! Giving them one star is even a joke and polite.

Eased in to get my ice coffee and it was good as usual. Big ups to the star for saving the day!

Fast service. By the time I got over to the pick up counter, the barista had my mocha ready. The woman at the register was also polite and efficient. I have no complaints. Perked me up for my flight! Just didn’t give them 5 stars because there’s no seating and the terminal seats are always taken.

I love Starbucks and can’t get enough of their iced coffee. The coffee was consistant, but the sh*tty attitude and nastyness of the workers at this very busy location, is such a turnoff.

I believe they work pretty quickly here. They make a pretty good Vanilla Latte. For being in the airport I can say that they do a pretty good job overall.

It’s Starbucks. It’s the last time I can have this delight before arrival in Frankfurt. Can’t resist. Staff is kind of bored but the coffee is spot on. I’m happy. See you next time.

OK, so I know it’s an airport Starbucks, so I should have been prepared to pay even more than the normal price for food and beverage. I went there because I had these free gift cards with a few dollars left on each one of them. I’m thinking, cool. I can use some of it now and maybe some change left over. I swear I only bought one oatmeal and one small hot chocolate and it was $ 8! I just didn’t see the value in paying that much for those 2 items. That aside, the service was decent, I received my order quickly. No complaints there.

Ice Zen green tea is ok. Made by a cute barrister is a plus. Hm. that Caesar salad could seriously be better though… plus I need to ask for dressing and the barrister had to look for it and didn’t know where it is? Errr!!!

I know people are sleepy at 6:30 am or so but aren’t you supposed to still provide great service? Stop the open mouth yawning and the 10 questions like«I’m sorry did you say White Mocha» x 3! Is it just me to think that when your job revolves around customer service that you have to make an effort to provide that or get the hell out of that industry? I’m not asking to be waited on hand and foot-just your hand. barrista!

Worst service ever… I ordered a tall mocha frappucino light. I emphasized the word«light» at least 2 times. This wasn’t my regular neighborhood Starbucks so I wanted them to help them remember my order. ITWASONLY1DRINK. And it was also 5am. I WASTHEONLYONEORDERINGATTHETIME. The barrista making my order pretended not to hear me and I watched her make a frappucino loaded with whipped cream, whole milk, with barely any coffee. I was on a layover at 5am. I needed caffeine. The girl making my drink made a snide comment in another language to the cashier as she handed me my drink. She obviously knew I wouldn’t want whipped cream and whole milk in my LIGHTFRAPP but to her it was obviously humorous to mess up my order. I understand it was 5:30am and we were all tired. I decided not to retaliate so I accepted the drink that I did not order without saying anything. But next time I have a layover in Chicago I will not be going to this Starbucks. I’d rather go to the other 100(cheaper) eateries open at 5am. But there’s another Starbucks in the B concourse I’d try.

One of three Starbucks on Concourse B at O’Hare. This one is a counter style Starbucks right on the Concourse by Gate B5. Got an iced tall double shot latte here. Delicious and strong!
