I love the staff at this Starbucks because I feel badly for the hell they take daily Clearly management needs to start supporting them! Long lines, way under staffed, consistently out of products, computers not working and you don’t recognize the rewards program. Starbucks should reconsider locations at a hotel that can’t support the staff or customers. Are you aware that customer service suffers because the staff have no help?

As I walk in, I’m sweating bullets. I cut the enormous line and some Mom with a Stroller yells«excuse me!» I ask the fat lady behind the counter for a Moment of her time. She says«wut?» And I say«bathroom key, now!» I dump my every loving brains out & when I walk out, it’s not what I expect… The bartender manager says to get out or expect police action. Without saying a word, I leave. You don’t want my business? The place was jammed and just because I doing my «hold a shit dance» while I listen to the last guy blow dry his hands too long, doesn’t mean I don’t want my usual espresso and water(Americana). Needless to say, I won’t be coming back again.

Hard to find. I ended up finding it as I was walking to the train station. But it’s your typical down sized starbucks. Nothing crazy to. expect besides your standard coffee.

The worst Starbucks ever are here. Stopped here before work and I was waiting for regular coffee for 20 min, and there was only 3 people in line so I don’t understand what was the problem to make a it. They don’t have a microwave so if you prefer warm cheese danish or croissant it is not the right place.

I was looking for the closest Starbucks to where I was and it took me to this location. When I arrived, I thought Google map had failed me because it took me to a big parking lot of a hotel/business building. It wasn’t until I looped back around the hotel roundabout that I saw the Starbucks store. It is located within the hotel itself. They also have short term parking in front of the store for you to just park and grab coffee and go. Very convenient.

What can I say… I’ve been a captive customer for the past three years as my office is across the parking lot and I don’t own a car. I did not come here regularly(maybe twice a month) and every time I’ve walked away disappointed. The staff and upfront experience is quite pleasant, however, the quality of the drinks leaves you wanting. For some reason every time I’ve purchased one of the ‘specialty drinks’ I’ve never had one made to the same standard as stand alone locations. The Frappuccino’s are watered down and the Macchiato/Lattes have to much milk or sugar so you can’t taste the underlying coffee. Even the coffee managed to disappoint today. The taste is fine the problem is that the cup was only 2⁄3 full. I didn’t realize this until I got back to the office as it’s to hot to drink right away. To rub salt in the above wounds it’s more expensive than other locations and they don’t honor any promotions. If you can help it, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Same coffee as all the other buckies but the people who work here are amazing! Also, there is a AA meeting spot around the corner so they like th hangout here a lot and talk very loudly, not sure if their hearing went with the addiction but they do like to scream!

This is a solid Starbucks. They are located in the Rennasaince hotel on Bryn Mawr. There is typically a long line from the events going on in the hotel. The good news: they are quick and the hotel has outdoor seating right outside the door near Starbucks.

Like the guy above said — not sure why aren’t there more reviews. This location is just as busy as their others. I come here often. It’s nice, clean, and baristas are very fiendly.

The first to review a Starbucks? Really? In Chicago? Where city dwellers can find a Starbucks on every other block? I don’t think there are many people that know about this location inside of the hotel. Except the hotel visitors and the folks in the six close-by office towers. Since I work in one of those nearby office towers and since this is the season for giving thanks, I am very thankful for this coffee shop being in this particular area. It didn’t take the staff long to recognize me. They probably won’t ever know my drink because I switch it up quite often. The are friendly and make a good drink. That is all I an ask for in the morning!
