My son is enrolled in Step by Step Care group for speech therapy. We love this place. Munirah is his speech pathologist. She’s so helpful and positive. The rest of the staff are nice and welcoming. Which is a vibe that I DID NOT receive when my son attended All Bright Therapy. I am seeing my son’s progress and I couldn’t be happier!

I needed help for my boy and Kitsa helped me. She really helped me. Kitsa formed and organized an amazing program. The developmental pediatrician that I took my son to said to me that in 20 years of practice he has never seen a child improve as rapidly as my boy! Kitsa acted quickly and sent me top of the line speech therapist, OT and DT to help stimulate my precious boys brain and get him back on track all while keeping in constant communication with me. I was sent reports after every session and all of the sessions were done I my home or my boy’s school to make the program most effective and weather proof! On top of all of that Kitsa regularly had meetings with everyone on my boy’s team and his preschool to make sure everyone was working on the same goals. I can say after doing this for a year my boy is in a much much better place. The delay has stopped and the gap is closing!!!
I highly recommend Step by Step and I highly recommend Kitsa to identify and coordinating a treatment plan for a child with a delay. Thank God for Kitsa and her fantastic team. There was no time to be wasted on a learning curve for me to learn how to help my boy and the team Kitsa put together acted so very effectively!

We are very pleased with OT and PT services for my son. We have seen so much progress since he has begun. The staff is great and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

We started using Step by Step Group services for Early Intervention for Speech and OT services for my son. Once he was phase out of early intervention, we continued with private sessions and the Literacy play group. We have been extremely happy with the services. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. My son loves the sessions with his therapists and really enjoys the playgroup sessions too! Most importantly, we have seen a significant progress in my son’s speech. We highly recommend their services! :)

Step by step care group is a amazing facility. The therapist are wonderful. They really enjoy what they are doing. My son loves all his playgroups and his new friends. He has really come a long way with the help of step by step. I would defiantly recommend this place to any parent that needs a little extra help. They also try their best to help you with your insurance which is really nice.

Step by Step care group is an amazing company! The location is fantastic, it is a beautiful open, inviting space and my child loves it! He loves going to play with his friends at playgroup. Which is not something that has been easy for him in the past. I really align with the companies philosophy and professionalism. The staff is always available and goes above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend Step by Step to any parent, they have enhanced my child’s quality of life.

I love Step By Step Care Group! The therapists are very friendly and successful at their work. The office space is clean and engaging for children. Also, the office location is great and Step By Step’s therapists will work at the child’s home or school. I would definitely recommend their therapy services!

Zero stars. I just telephoned this organized to enroll in their Tiny Toys Language and Literacy Playgroup that they advertise on their website, and sell a $ 200 Groupon for, only to find out they don’t offer the playgroup. They will take your name and telephone number and, per the receptionist, if they have enough interest that makes it worthwhile for them to host a group, someone will get back to me. So they are advertising and selling access to something that doesn’t exist. Think twice before contacting this group for speech therapy.
