John has been doing a fantastic job both at taking care of a wide range of projects at an apartment building I own as well as our condo.
His work has ranged from full repainting of an apartment, replacing built in microwaves, replacing blinds, repairing shelving units, putting sliding track doors back, grout and caulk work in bathrooms, replacing light fixtures and towel bars, eliminating old cable jacks, plaster work, programming intercoms and more.
John has also been a huge help regarding coordinating the efforts of other folks such as the roofer, appliance repairer, locksmith and pest control tech.
John also takes care of tenant requests and makes sure they are pleased with their place and this keeps my business running smoothly.
He proactively communicates issues, has very reasonable prices, get projects completed in a timely manner and is always enjoyable to work with.

John did a great job installing our glass kitchen backsplash. He was super responsive and wasted no time getting the job done. We have a new handy guy!

Like anyone who lives in a condo long enough, our bathroom walls were damaged by a leak from the unit upstairs. Unsightly! John fixed the drywall and painted our whole bath. I am thrilled with his work, and he was a very pleasant person to be around. Reasonably priced, too!

John did some drywall work for me this week. He was excellent. I would endorse him to others without hesitation and plan to use him again. Great guy and very skilled.

I’ve worked with John more then a couple of times and he is by far the best around. John helps out with both my rental properties and residence and couldn’t do better work, while being so easy to work with. I’ve had him gut and remodel a bathroom, fix a water leak from a frozen pipe, repair and replace wall and ceiling drywall, completely repaint my unit and many other tasks.
He can do just about everything, and if you have an obscure request beyond his expertise, he always has a good recommendation.

After a few rounds of roommates, and just regular wear and tear around the Condominium, I had a list of repairs that needed to be done. Namely, my heavy iron screen door to the balcony kept slamming shut, the guest bedroom door was cracked and could no longer be closed properly or locked, and the kitchen faucet was driving me crazy with this constant drip… drip…drip. Plus, I wanted John’s ideas on new kitchen lighting and paint colors, which will be the next project.
John came by on a Monday to measure the doors and assess the damages. I think he went shopping on Tuesday at Home Depot, and by Wednesday afternoon, my entire list of broken stuff was repaired beyond my expectations, once again, while I was at Nordstrom’s enjoying my day. I am so happy with his work, especially with the beautiful new kitchen faucet, the iron door closes without slamming, and the privacy of a locking door for the guest bedroom once again. Plus it was HUNDREDS of dollars less than other handy people have given me estimates for. Fair, honest, fast, reliable. I’d give 10 stars.
