Went at 10:45 tonight and the sign said open but the doors were locked. Even as I write this review the store should be open but the employees closed earlier and locked the store.

They’re really stingy with their toppings. I asked for extra lettuce and it was still less than what they usually put on my sandwich at other subways.

It’s always an experience eating at this subway, and almost always a bad one. First, if you’re eating at this Subway and have more than 5 minutes to grab a meal on Broadway, you’re crazy. I live less than a block away so I only eat here out of necessity when I’m grabbing something super fast and cheap on the run. The last time I was there, after I ordered and the first half of my sandwich was complete, the worker told me I couldn’t have my sandwich toasted when I asked because the ovens were broken. Probably smart to have a sign or mention that before someone orders. Try Crisp next door instead, you won’t be sorry.

They don’t seem to have any problems putting rotten or moldy toppings on your sandwich. I can’t even tell you how often they’ve sold me a sandwich with stale bread. They just don’t care what you eat.

Subway is cheap, that is all. But this location is 24 hours now. And, the sandwich artists are nice people here. Some people walk into a subway and have a 5 minute speech on how to make their perfect sub. I’m a lot easier, more go with the flow. This is a 3 dollar sandwich we are talking about. But, at this location, the assembly of the sandwich is on par with Subway standards and therefore, I will give you 5 stars. Especially the late shift guys. They are pretty cool when I’m drunk.

This is the best Subway that ever existed, it’s clean and they have a quick and friendly staff that actually listens to what you’re saying when you order. But it’s still Subway, so you know… don’t expect miracles with the food.

Do these guys know what they are doing? Sandwich artists they are not! I love subway and it’s a shame the employees at this location are lazy and rude.

This used to be my home-base Subway, or one of them, back in the day when my lovely girlfriend Amanda lived in Lakeview. Excellent service, clean, very friendly, liberal with the fixin’s, just generally an all-around phenomenal Subway experience. They don’t make ‘em like this in the barrio, jefe.
