Subway

Located in the middle of the Gladstone Mall. This is one of the best Subways in the immediate area. I am usually here in the mornings and generally deal with the proprietors. Nice people that understand and appreciate customer service as well as customer loyalty. My order is always correct and they are always happy to redeem my survey coupon for a free cookie. Sometimes they even give me an extra cookie as well. On the few occasions that I’ve misplaced or forgotten my coupon, they’ve been generous to still give me a cookie! That’s customer appreciation! If you’re in the area I highly recommend this location.

Service was absolutely horrible. Guy made the wrong sandwich and was looking at me like it was my fault. Was very disrespectful and didn’t want to make me another one so I said fine I’m out of here and he said to never come back! What ever happened to the customer is always right. I worked in the food industry for 3 years and if I ever treated a customer like that I would of been fired! It’s sad seeing people getting away with treating their customers right!

You know, just your typical subway restaurant. What sets this one apart from all the others is customer service. Maybe it’s because I’m a regular, but most of the employees know my regular sandwich down to the wire. Make it just the way i love, italian BMT drenched in ranch and buffalo sauce, yum! Super friendly and always have a smile.
