This subway is super close to my house, a spot I would go about once a week for a quick meal. But lately the owner has been working more often and seems to not care about the quality he makes his sandwiches with. Burns the bread/​chicken, skimps on toppings and gives you a hard time if you ask for a few more pickles.
I get it, owning a Subway isn’t as luxurious as you had hoped for and you don’t make too much money, but if you are so worried about your profit margins you start pushing your regular customers away because you half ass it, then you’ll be making less then before.

WORST Subway EVER! Horrible customer service; asked for soup with my sandwich, and he forgot to ring it up that way, so he made me give him an extra dollar, even though it was only 60 cents extra. Soup was oily chicken broth with 6 noodles and a carrot, heated up in the microwave. Where were they keeping it??? Also, had no spoons, so he walked over to Baskin Robbins and came back with a TINY ice cream spoon! How am I supposed to eat soup with that? Will NOT return to this location!

Everyone knows about Subway. This is the one right by where I live, therefore I swing in here a lot to pick up a quick sandwich. They have great choices and everything is fairly healthy unless you load on dressings. They now toast their sandwiches which I love!
