I went here on opening night, Saturday, in the middle of a blizzard. Everyone we dealt with — the owner, the bartender, and two waitresses — were extremely friendly and nice, even though the bar grew steadily more crowded as the night continued. A DJ was playing up front, but it was still quiet enough in the back to carry on a normal conversation. They serve customized and tasty cocktails in fun mason jars and serve up delicious Mexican seafood dishes via the restaurant next door, Las Islas Marias. They are open until 5 a.m. — not that I made it anywhere close to that — and serve a lighter menu of more traditional Tex-Mex fare(quesadillas, etc.) until 4 a.m.
