As been working for various restaurants in chicago as line cook, sous chef, in chez joel in italian village, folklore in wicker park, grill house by david burke in schaumburg il, as steam-driven operator, and chef ambrosio guides the direction of each department, concurrently advising back of house and front of house development. ambrosio seeks to bring the team together on a daily basis and to steer the trajectory of the restaurant as a whole as t & b grill continues to elevate performance in all categories. His goal is to excellent service, an outstanding product, and the community at large can come together and feel welcomed, appreciated, and stimulated.
