This is the only place that I would take my laptop. Tony is quick and very accomplished. He gets to the heart of the problem in an a hurry. He is more than fair and this time around there was no charge.
I have recommended friends who experienced the same satisfaction.

Totally great service here. I spilled hot, sugary tea all over my laptop and rushed it right over to tek guyz. They were great– totally fixed and put back together literally overnight. A real life saver. Great, quick, inexpensive service. ¹⁰⁄₁₀. Definitely my first stop if I have another tea incident.

Tony at Tek Guyz has done it again! Fixed up the non-​functioning screen and usb ports on my laptop and I am back in business! These guyz are awesome, wouldn’t go anywhere else for my computer fixing needs in the city.

I wish I could give this more thank 5 stars. If you’re having troubles with your computer, this is the first place you need to visit. They fix your computer quick, and do a great job on it! The staff is awesome, they make you feel like you’re a person and not just a customer. This place is great, friendly, reasonable prices, what more can you ask for? My daughter came home from college and her computer was broken. Imagine a parental surprise when the $ 1000 computer no longer works! We took it to an area business and received an even bigger shock when they said it would be $ 800+ to repair it. In a state of desperation, we decided to try another business. We were SO glad we did! The owner really knows his business! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Long story short, he fixed it for less than $ 100. It has been 3 months, and the computer still works! I will never go anywhere else!

I did made it to your shop on a third attempt (no one else had an an answer for me) And unfortunately, my hard drive can not be repaired without opening it. Nevertheless, I appreciated your advice and grateful for the directions that you gave me as far as sending it to specialists in CA.

Tony is the man! Although he was ultimately unable to recover the data from my hard drive, he did clean my computer and install a new hard drive, a clean copy of windows and an additional 4GB of RAM for an unbeatable price. In addition, he was knowledgeable and courteous as well. I will definitely go back for any computer problems that may pop up down the road and highly recommend Tek Guyz for yours!

Two Words: GO HERE! Frankly, I am tired of being riped off by big computer/​laptop repair companies (Geek Squad). For the most part they (GS) doesn’t know what they are doing, they’re just trying to boost sales, exaggerate the issue and then overcharge for it. It’s like taking your car for repair and they over charge you for a minor problem. I was told I needed a wifi card for my laptop, charged $ 35 just to send it in and was quoted $ 200 for the repair — with an lame A_​_​explanation as to why the wifi card and labor cost is so high. Keep in mind, 6 months prior I purchased a Geek Squad year long membership (why did I get membership if they are going to charge me additional money for a minor problem). Wifi Cards online are around $ 25. I decided to look else where. PRESTO! Here’s Tek GuYz, he looked at the laptop, kept it overnight worked his magic and I saved over half the price it would’ve cost at Geek Squad. Not to mention it’s conveniently located. I read reviews and thought I would try Tek Guyz! Turned out to be great, Juan was extremely helpful, looked at my computer right away, took little time to fix and the price was amazing. Definitely check out this place! If I have any other computer issues, I definitely will be back.

These guys are fantastic! I always go to them for my tech needs and they never disappoint me. Really easy to work with, very accommodating, very sharp and very reasonably priced. I won’t go anywhere else for anything technology related.

These guys are good. With all of computer help on Unilocal they are open on Sunday and still in business. I went looking for help on Sunday and most of the places are closed even if the say they are open or they are no longer in business. It took a little longer then I was quoted but the work they did was above and beyond what they said they where going to do. With the work they do and there attitude these men set new standards in customer care and pride in there work. The community should be proud to have businessmen like these in there area.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! My computer had been acting up for months and then completely froze and would not work. I freaked a bit, but a friend told me about Tek Guyz, he recently had his laptop fixed by them. I took my 3.5 year old laptop (my life!) in and they backed up my data, wiped and reinstalled my programs in a day. OMG so easy and pain free, just needed to do a few minor resets or set ups of some programs, they offered to help every step of the way, and I was off and speedy computing like I have not been in months. WOW what a difference in my laptop! So worth the reasonable amount of $ spent. Totally nice, trustworthy guys Tony & Juan are! I would highly recommend. IF YOUR COMPUTER IS SLOW and acting up… just DO IT, don’t be scared (like I was!) Bring it in you will be very happy you did.

My husband had a really good experience here. We were having problems with our hp laptop not being able to connect to wifi. I spent hours on the phone with Hp and they were not able to figure out what the problem was. I was told to take my computer to a repair shop and that it would cost us anywhere between 50 – 100 bucks. Well my husband walked into Tek Guys, and it was fixed in 15 minutes and we only paid 10 dollars. It was an easy fix and it did not burn a hole in our pockets. I am so glad we gave a local shop a try instead of getting ripped off at Geek Squad. I highly recommend this place.

ATTENTION!!! if you have any computer issues and are trying to find a place that will not rip you off or over charge you… TeK GuYz is the place to go. My computer would not turn on and it would just beep over and over again. I thought it was over for my computer. Came across TeK GuYz on Unilocal and had a lot of great reviews and open on a sunday too. Emailed them via the web site and got an instant response. Took it in and Tony who does runs the place was there on his day off and was going to work on it then. I told him it wasn’t a rush and if I could have it back on monday that would be great. He looked it over and fixed the issue. Major dust build up and dried out some parts near my video card. Called me on monday in the afternoon and I picked it up and it is perfect. Only 30 bucks. Plus he tossed in a free can of air too to keep my computer clean.
This place is amazing. No pressure on doing extra work, Tony explains things with not trying to show off or talk over your head at all. Very down to earth and super nice. When I picked up the computer he set it up in store to show me it was all set and working.
I can’t stress enough how great this place is. If you have any issue from bad hard drive, virus, lost files, internal computer issues or anything computer related… this is where you must go!!! Hands down THE best place in the city to go. He saved me a lot of money where some places would have ripped me off. I cannot thank Tony enough for everything.

$ 65 to fix what best buy quoted $ 500 for. They fixed the Dell laptop by the next day as promised. The tech guy also told me what was wrong with the laptop which is nice to know.

Was looking for a decent place to take my laptop to get fixed, and luckily came across this place on Unilocal.The service provided by Tony, and his colleagues, were superb, and for the lack of a better term, plain and simply awesome. They were able to help me out in every sense of the word, and for such a reasonable price that had me in awe. I will definitely be taking my business here from now on, and will be recommending this business to other acquaintances, and friends.

My internal hard drive was failing and I was terrified I was going to lose all my files, music, etc. I didn’t want to take it into Geek Squad, because they take forever and they charge an arm and a leg for a back-​up, so I looked around for something closer to my house. I found TeK GuYz on Unilocal and they had a bunch of great reviews, so I figured I’d give them a shot.
I could not be happier. Tony replaced my drive in two days, saved all my data and installed a few supplementary programs (like C Cleaner) to keep it running clean and solid. He was friendly, and his explanations were comprehensive and easy to follow. Best of all, he was extremely affordable and even offered to turn my old drive into an external drive for an extra 8 bucks. Most external drives cost around 50 to 90, so 8 bucks is a pretty good deal.
I WILL be going back and I can’t recommend TeK GuYz enough! Highest Recommendation possible!
