The Corner Store

I simply went in there to buy few things after a long day at school. Told him I’m paying half of the amount in cash and the rest on card. The cashier/​staff of the store goes very loudly and rudely at me «forget it, I’m not gonna do that!» I was in a shock. I mean who talks like that to just any civilians or a customer? Then I told him in return well «you’re not very smart business person.» He then screams at me, what on earth! Honestly it was baffling and I’ve never seen an adult act like that.

I go for the sandwiches… fast and tasty. I wish there were more bread and cold cuts options, like salami, but they’re good. I really like that the combo comes with any drink and bag of chips in the store. Everyone that works there is friendly, the place is super clean, and they have fresh produce. Great addition to the neighborhood.

It’s clean, cordial, it’s fast to do the job.
When you need only one thing like milk for morning coffee or toilet paper or so often my case, a single bottle of cold water mid-​run or dog walk… it will do in a pinch.
And they don’t put up a fuss about a debit card minimum for purchase– I appreciate this. I appreciate this enough to also buy a package of Keebler Rainbow Chips Deluxe cookies because so many places say they have like, a $ 15 (not kidding, it’s ridiculous) minimum purchase which is a pain when all you want is that cool bottle of water and to get back to your run.
I wouldn’t do regular shopping here because a grocery store is substantially cheaper, but it is open late and will do when you can’t possibly wait for that inevitably epic line at a big ol’ Jewel to buy that one necessary bottle of cool water the speed, convenience and open parking are undeniable.
Free WiFi signs everywhere and tables for eating– should you be looking to sit down with a sandwich and chips somewhere quiet. No liquor, no booze but a full, brightly lit cases of chilled bottled water, juice and cola ready for you.

Bought a roast beef sandwich there from there deli corner. Quiet tasty! The flavor of the meat, cheese, toppings and sauce blended together nicely. Well worth a visit.

Having been there a bunch of times I can say they do a great job keeping the store clean and the expired items off the shelf. I saw someone complain about the parking with a laundry mat and restaurant in the same shopping center (people who can be there for hours) I think it’s a joke for some joker to whine about them wanted to keep a few spots in front of there store for there customers A+ service also
