He defends people accused of: driving under the influence (including misdemeanor DUI, aggravated/felony DUI, and reckless homicide); violent crimes (including assault, aggravated battery, and domestic battery), drug possession charges, possession with intent to deliver, prescription drug charges (including forged prescriptions and stealing prescription pads), theft crimes (including retail theft and felony retail theft), traffic violations, and white collar crimes (such as fraud, embezzlement, money laundering). He also represents clients who have been the victim of police misconduct, including false arrests and searches, as well as excessive force and police brutality.

Mr. Fiscella is a life-long resident of the Chicago-land area. He attended the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. He later earned his Juris Doctorate Degree at Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Mr. Fiscella has defended clients in a number of complex jury and bench trials in federal and state court. He has worked on legal teams defending clients charged with murder, RICO and organized crime allegations, kidnapping, conspiracy, aggravated battery, possession and sale of narcotics, white collar crimes, violent crimes, weapon possession, and a variety of other matters.
Mr. Fiscella also has an extensive practice in criminal appeals. He has defended clients convicted of all types of criminal matters in appellate districts throughout Illinois and in federal jurisdictions throughout the country.
