History

Established in 2015.

The Learning Garden opened its doors to the community in January 2015.

The mission of The Learning Garden is to provide quality early childhood education to our students. We do this by providing interactive hands-​on activities and lessons that explore various social and academic topics. We also provide a dual-​language immersion program for our students in English and Spanish.

Meet the Business Owner

Patricia P.

Business Owner

Patricia is an individual who is enthusiastic and passionate about early childhood education. She believes that all children should receive access to quality education and aims to provide this through the curriculum at The Learning Garden. Throughout the years she has worked with children in different cultural and social settings. These include volunteering at her church as a Sunday school teacher, coordinating children’s programming at a library, and working with children abroad during a community service trip.

Patricia has received a B.A. in Sociology from DePauw University and a M.A. in Education with a Teaching Certificate in Early Childhood Education from North Park University.
