History

Established in 2013.

After 24 years as a broker in Chicago (10 of them as an owner of a real estate brokerage that was named one of the 100 fastest growing Inner City business in America), Margie Smigel decided it was time to create a new business that reflects the special energy she brings to every deal. All of the brokers are trained to provide the best, most ethical and considered attention to their clients.

Business Owner

Margie Smigel provides the most personal of services to her clients, both buyers and sellers. Staging listings, and then presenting them in the best possible manner through photography and design. Working diligently with buyers to make them the best informed in the city so that they can make the most knowledgeable decisions. Margie served on the Board of the Chicago Association of Realtors as a Director and is currently serving on CAR Government Affairs Committee and on the Professional Standards Committee which arbitrates disputes among brokers.

She has almost a quarter of a century of experience listing and selling real estate in Chicago. She was one of the founding brokers of a brokerage in Hyde Park/​Kenwood in1999. Within a few years, it was the major development and resale broker on the rapidly developing South Side. In 2005, they were named one of the 100 fastest growing Inner City businesses in America by the ICIC and Inc. Magazine.
