Thomas E. Patterson is the authority on handling business litigation. As a sought-​after corporate attorney for both small businesses and global corporations, he has extensive experience trying lawsuits for businesses, professionals and entrepreneurs – often on an emergency basis.

Patterson understands the essential elements of owning and operating a successful law practice since starting his law firm in 2000. His areas of practice include the theft of trade secrets, infringement of trademarks or copyrights, breach of employee agreements, asset preservation, restrictive covenants, shareholder remedies and more.

His book, «Handling the Business Emergency: Temporary Restraining Orders and Preliminary Injunctions», was published by the American Bar Association in 2009.
