Established in 2009.

Kristen E. Prinz founded the Prinz Law Firm in 2009 with the intention of creating a law firm that is focused on client needs rather than hourly billing. Her goal is to combine caring service with fierce advocacy and to create a culture that promotes the needs of its employees and clients.

Ms. Prinz uses her over ten years of business and legal experience to advise all stakeholders of the Firm. She understands that collaboration is the greatest tool for successful representation. She identifies client needs and brings together a diverse group of professionals so that those needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Everyone that Ms. Prinz chooses to work with her clients shares the common understanding that every client is unique and must be treated as such.

The Prinz Law Firm was founded by business and employment law attorney Kristen Prinz. Ms. Prinz focuses her practice on seeking advantageous and economical solutions for her clients.

Practicing in the areas of general business transactions, commercial litigation and and employment law, Ms. Prinz helps entrepreneurs launch their businesses and build their dreams and advises executives and physicians through every stage of employment matters.

Ms. Prinz uses creative drafting skills to insulate small businesses while at the same time marketing their products and services using plain and simple language. She works with clients to ensure that their agreements reflect the culture of their business. And, she advises companies on how to limit liability through written policies, procedures, and contracts.
