I am completely in love with the Scott! The building is awesome, the neighborhood is bustling yet quaint and the staff members are superb! I owe all success to Jennifer Friel! We were introduced during summer 2015 but sadly the unit I coveted was not vacant. Jennifer was so amazing though! She called and emailed me with weekly updates on possible vacancies until my dream apartment was available in November! She was so patient and kind to an anxious gal like me who just wanted to be back in the city! My move went so smoothly! Ever since I moved in I have always been able to count on her!

Im so happy I came across The Scott Residences! When making my next move, I didn’t want to live in a large high rise again where I’d have long waits for elevators and it would take forever just to get to my unit. The Scott is the ideal size building with plenty of amenities plus the location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s in the heart and walking distance of everything! My neighbors are very friendly and the management staff at The Scott are warm and helpful making me feel very much at home. Since moving in, I’ve primarily worked with Jennifer who has been attentive and so accomodating making things very easy.
The apartments are beautiful, modern and warm. Amongst some of the amenities, there is a beautifully decorated and swanky spacious lounge and outdoor area on the roof with a full kitchen and living area for entertaining, complete with flat screen, fireplace, grills, fire pit and beautiful views of the city. I couldn’t be happier in my home!

The building is great. I’ve been here for a year and loved it. Jen and the management staff is fantastic and responsive. Fernando and the maintenance team are first rate. Johnnetta and the door team could not make The Scott feel more like home. If recommend the building to anyone looking in Old Town.

I’ve been living here for ~6 months and it’s great. I researched where to live in Chicago and Old Town was at the top of the list and The Scott Residences is located perfectly in the heart of Old Town. There’s a really nice grocery store across the street, a Starbucks 100 ft away, and there are plenty of great bars/​restaurants within walking distance.
As far as building management, I mostly worked with Jennifer and she made the entire application/​move-​in process really easy and the apartment was everything I was hoping it would be. They also throw frequent community parties so it’s really easy to get to know your neighbors.
The building has a nice workout center, a great rooftop terrace with nice BBQ girls, loungers, etc. and everything is kept really clean. Honestly I have no critiques of the place. Highly recommend living here.

During my quest to find a new place to call home in Old Town I came across many promising candidates, all of whom on the surface claimed comparable amenities and convenience. Yet it wasn’t until Jennifer showed me my current 1-​bedroom that I was overcome by a visceral understanding that my search had ended. I signed a lease that same day and have not looked back.
The Scott is in a class all by itself: The apartments are modern yet possess a warmth of character; the staff is attentive and personable (Jenn and Amanda are fantastic); and my neighbors are some of the most genuine and friendly people with whom I’ve had the pleasure of sharing an elevator ride (plus, there is a community of dogs that will warm your heart). To top it off, the location is second to none.
I expect to call The Scott my home for many years to come.

Back in October I learned I was being transferred to Chicago. A friend gave me a flyer for The Scott Residences and now I owe him big time. I was under a lot of stress with my new job, the move, and a lot of travel. After meeting with Amanda and seeing the building. I decided to not bother looking anywhere else and signed a lease. I could not be any happier with my selection. Amanda and her staff made the move as stress free as it could possibly be. They were above-​board with all information and I did not run into any surprises. The building is secure, cozy, beautifully designed, and very importantly, quiet. The staff and residents are so nice and make this building a wonderful place to come home to each night. In addition, this neighborhood has everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend these apartments.

I moved back to Chicago recently and have found an amazing home at The Scott Residences. Having been away for seven years, I was determined to live in Old Town, specifically between Wells and Division, and was not only looking for a building that was new and modern, but one that would allow a large dog. I found everything I was looking for and more in the Scott. The location is incredible, the staff and other tenants could not be more friendly and between my spacious one-​bedroom unit and communal amenities, I never want to leave.
