Top Line Fence

They don’t answer. They don’t call back. What more can I say?

Was extremely happy with Top Line Fence. Scott from Top Line Fence came out and took the time to explain what sets Top Line Fence apart from the other Fence Companies. He had us look at some of the other fences he installed and compare to the competition. Talked to other folks who used him & was quite impressed.
The Installers who came out were excellent and very professional. Took the time to walk me thru not only what they were going to but the timeline with each step. Finished in the time they promised.
They might not be the largest fence company around but I would have to say they are the Best around this area. They truly take pride in their products and workmanship. Funny… they turned out to be the least expensive quote out of the 4 companies we had give us proposals.

Top line installed a 6 foot cedar fence in our yard. The owner was a decent guy to deal with and his workers were very nice. Positive experience and we would use them again!

They do not show up on time. When they get there they left and had to come back. Installers were very inexperienced. I pointed out a mistake they made and I don’t even know anything about gate openers. We paid over 500 dollars to have a new chain installed. Looking back that was way overpriced. They spent several hours working on it. I hired a new company and they had pulled the chain off, fixed it and put it back on within 15 minutes for 50 bucks. So I am not sure what they did for all that time. Very rude people and would never work with again. They need to go back to school and learn how to fix gates because anyone with a little common sense can fix a gate better than them.

YIKES! Stay away from this company. Won’t repair a chain that was installed incorrectly on a gate opener. Won’t return calls and leaves you on hold until you hang up. I waited 12 minutes… Cost us several hundred dollars to repair the damage that was done. They insisted that it was installed correctly, but the way the canon was under the guide wheel was not possible unless it was put in there that way. Gate caught the metal because of this and yanked gate opener off its’ welds. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF AND DON“T USE THEM!!! I have photos for the doubters just message me.

I was very disappointed with this company and sorry I went with them. They definately deceive the customer to get their business, and gave me an estimate to extend 10 feet of fence and move a gate for me. They said they could get the same fence that I already had and I signed the contract and mailed a check for a 50% deposit. Well my check was cashed and it was about 3 weeks so I decided to call to inquire about the status of getting my fence installed. They said they were about to call me and that the fence was being ordered. Another 2 weeks go by and they finally come out to start installing the fence posts and instead of core drilling my concrete per the signed contract they jackhammer instead, which can crack your concrete. Then the 4 fence posts they are about to install don’t match the original ones that I have. The installers leave and now my yard is wide open which is annoying because now I just can’t let the dog out at night, and they call me and tell me the company stopped making this type of post in 2008 which is a lie because my neighbor just had the same type of fence installed about a year ago. Well another 2 weeks go by and the installers come back with 4 fence posts which they say are the right ones and when they start unloading the truck they notice that 2 of the 4 posts are missing and they tell me they must have blown off of their truck and they were going to look for them. They finally come back after locating the missing posts and after inspecting them for damage I notice that they are not like my original posts but a different style that were altered and I this point I just want the damn job finished. I never received a discount for my inconvenience or a price adjustment for no core drill and I never got a follow up call or an apology for the Inconvenience. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I can’t believe they are still in business!

friendly & efficient customer service, quick installation and this just may be the best fence I’ve ever been surrounded by! :)

Horrible customer service. I contacted them for an estimate because they had fixed our gate in 2009, which P. came to get on Monday. Said someone else needed to come look at the cracked cement and then he would respond by Friday. No cement estimator came. Next week… called, but the office had no idea what I was talking about. Left P. voice mail twice. No reply. Called again & office has no record of prior gate work. Finally S. promises to track down 2 estimators and call AND email me by Monday. It is now 3 weeks into this mess… and no reply. Useless people.

The guy that came out to give the estimate was unfriendly and rude! The estimate was overpriced and he ignored where I wanted the fence to be installed.
