Got a Jeep Wrangler and live in an apartment or a condo? What to do with your hardtop when you want to remove it? Or, do you not live near any friends who can help you remove it? Wouldn’t it be amazing if there was a company that could remove the hard top, store it and help you install your soft top in less than an hour? Well, somebody thought of this, thankfully. Enter Top Store. These guys are professionals at knowing the Jeep top systems and how the whole thing functions. Besides being very nice, they were highly informative and wanted to make sure I truly understood how to operate everything before I left. These guys are awesome. Can’t say enough good things about them. I’m sure I’ll be doing business with them for years to come.

These guys fixed my Jeep very quickly, the price was right, and they had my tire patched for free. I’d recommend them to anyone for fast reliable work.

I won’t take my Jeep anywhere else.
Jim, Saban, and the rest of the guys are great. They know their stuff, and they’re the only shop I’ll trust with my ’97 Wrangler. I’ve had it for 15 years, and they take as good of care of it as I do. I’ve been back half a dozen times for everything from a hard top to differential work, and they’ve always given me good quotes and done excellent work. My last time in I had to have my front differential replaced. It happened over a weekend when I needed to move and I was expecting to be without a vehicle. To my surprise, they loaned me a station wagon that was a huge help. I refer all my Jeep-​owning friends there too, and they’ve all come back happy.

These guys are great. Fast. Very knowledgeable and will spend the time to teach you how to put the soft top up/​down in detail your first time. Their service is fantastic. I have used them both at their shop and their trailer service to the house and both are outstanding. Kevin is always there and super responsive.

Jim and his staff are FANTASTIC. Courteous, Friendly and Expert. They are storing my college freshmen’s vehicle. They are extremely responsive and helpful. I have recommended them to all my friends and colleagues.

I’m a big fan! I’ve gotten a few Über details, and had some body and engine work through Top Store. Kevin and his team are super friendly and straight shooters.

These guys are great! Tops stored for your jeep. The prices seem very reasonable and the service is always pleasing. My son is a jeep freak and the guys took him around to look and it was like a dream for him.

This is where I take my Porsche. Then for kicks I brought it to the Loeber service clinic this weekend. In less than 10 minutes of Loebers inspection, I was given a perfect score, car is in great shape, needs no service…
Top store does a great job!

I’ve been a Jeep Girl for about 10 years now. With the purchase of my very first Jeep I was given Top Store’s number as a potential place to store the hard top or the soft top when the other was in place on the vehicle.

Not only have they been wonderful in that respect (they’ll even come meet you where you are with the vehicle to switch tops in the busy season), they’re just great people. When I sold my first Jeep they took care of it. Later, after I sold my condo and wanted another Jeep they found me one. Repairs, paperwork hassles, advice, even just a nice word if I’m having a bad day, these guys all go above and beyond.
They don’t just do Jeeps, they do stuff for high end cars too, (read: classics, Ferraris, Porsches, etc… just take a glance through the warehouse sometime… drool…) including work on them and provide storage for them. In my years knowing them I’ve witnessed the way they are with their clients and I have to say that I’ve never seen anyone not being treated with respect and fairness.
One more amazing thing, as a woman in the city on my own, having car maintenance can be an absolute nightmare as mechanics are often about as trustworthy as foxes in the chicken coop. These guys will let you know if you don’t need work done just like they’ll let you know if you do. And they’ll help you with loaners, rides back to your office or home, and contacting your insurance agency if needed!
I haven’t ever felt ripped off with Top Store and THAT is worth everything to me!

These guys are awesome. I had 3 episodes with my Jeep-​soft top. The are the best+do not talk down to me because I am a woman. After the 3^rd time-​still were sweet as pie…
They are so knowlegable+kind. I am a new customer but I would recommend them to others as well. Prices are great-​they are fair and honest as well…

These guys are awesome!!! They helped me with my car after it was hit and run. Hooked me up with a rental car, did great work, and saved me a ton off my deductible. I highly recommend them and have and will use them again.

Jim, Kevin and the gang are absolutely the best. The most honest folks you’ll ever meet, and they know their stuff in and out. A great group of people providing a great service. As good as it gets.

I’m angry at myself for not writing this review earlier… because people deserve to be informed about mistreatment from this establishment. I USED to store my winter tires at this place… did so for years. Never had any issues… then one time when i went in for my annual swap to get ready for the upcoming Chicago winter and they completely destroyed my wheels… then tried to tell me that it was like that when i brought the car in!!! Mind you the wheels are black so its incredibly easy to spot something like that, especially considering that I just came from getting the car washed and looked it over as I always do while the guys dry the car. They stripped the wheels to the point where it looked like someone took a screwdriver and dug out quarter inch depth 5 to 6 inch scratches in length on each wheel. I was livid… then the guy who runs the place tried to blame the place where i bought my car claiming that they did it!!! Unbelievable, he tried making up a couple of excuses before admitting that they started using a new place down the street to swap tires out because the old place shut down and they don’t have the machine needed. I have never been more insulted in my life. After all that nothing was done to compensate me, not even an apology. It’s beyond me how people like this succeed in life and get ahead. The people who work there are very nice aside form the guy who owns the place. The way he handled my situation should of had him shut down. But that’s the world we live in. BEWARE.
