My wife and I got married in April at Room 1520 with Nicole as our day-​of coordinator. Don’t let the title fool you. She did SO much for us in the months leading up to the wedding, as well as the day of. We were the type to think we could take care of everything and it would all fall into place. We were very wrong and it wasn’t until we hired Nicole that we realized how badly we needed her! She liaised with all the vendors, helped us with our timeline, helped set up and make our simple ideas look great, and pretty much took all of the stress out of planning.
A little bonus: A bridesmaid spilled a dark drink on my dress literally 3 hours before the ceremony was supposed to start. We texted Nicole, who had us return to the venue, took a case of club soda, and along with our bridesmaids, fixed the dress. There was no visible reminder of this, however it would have been disastrous without her help.
Definition of above and beyond.

We had been working closely with Celeste at Room 1520 for our wedding and I had asked her for recommendations for Day of Coordinators early in our planning process. After doing some research, I hesitated booking anybody because I wanted to make sure they were really going to be worth while. After a couple of months passed Celeste reached back out to us and told us she had joined forces with an Events Coordinator who only works with clients of Room 1520. I cannot begin to tell you how glad we are we hesitated before Nicole was brought on! Not only was she very familiar with most of our vendors, she knew the venue like the back of her hand and was able to accomplish any silly request we had. She was so helpful with problem solving, helping to find a limo company, and especially putting everything together day of. My mom, fiancé and I showed up a few days before the wedding with a truck load of décor items and not a whole lot of directing and Nicole nailed it! It was amazing seeing all of our hard work come together and look even more beautiful than we ever imagined.

I got married this past weekend and could not have had a «perfect» wedding without Nicole. The guests gave great feedback from the arrangement of the centerpieces to the décor setup to the overall ceremony and reception. Nicole was very attentive to my needs, especially on the big day, getting me water and cake, dealing with guests so that my husband and I could enjoy the moment, and calming my nerves. Prior to the wedding, she was also a big help in communicating with our vendors, mapping out our seating chart, drafting a detailed and complete reception timeline, and delivering welcome bags to our out-​of-​town guests. It’s a plus that she is familiar with and works closely with Room 1520.
In all honesty, there is NO way we could’ve made this wedding what it was without her help. We had initially intended on going without a day-​of-​coordinator, but we’re so glad we did not. We highly recommend hiring Nicole for your big day!

Nicole is a life-​saver. We got married a few weeks ago and she came in at the last minute, but without her our wedding would have probably been a total nightmare.
She helped to coordinate delivery schedules, talked to vendors, helped us plan our day, made sure that everything looked right on the day of and a million other little things that made our wedding day flawless.
We originally weren’t going to have a day of coordinator as we were trying to DIY the whole thing ourselves. But two weeks leading up to the wedding we had realized that we were a bit in over our heads. I can’t say enough good things about how Nicole came in and took charge, was extremely friendly and calm (which is super important when you have frazzled moms and a bride running around) and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She was like a ninja behind the scenes just taking care of everything like a complete pro.
Don’t be like my wife and I and try to DIY everything yourselves. A wedding is a big thing to plan and having someone like Nicole in your corner is indispensible. She allowed us to enjoy and soak in our big day which is something you can’t put a price tag on. I can’t recommend her enough!
