This moving company has provided perfect services for us several times. Some moves have been complicated with kids moving to different apartments and furniture being provided from various other apartments and condos, but USA Moving kept everything straight. Most recently an apartment building required us to hire movers in order to change carpeting (really?) and they saved the day with almost no notice. I called them just before 5 pm and they were there for us the next morning at 9. With no one home, going only by phone directions they quickly moved everything to another floor and back again the next day immediately after the carpeting was laid.

Hands down the best moving company! We used them 3 times, twice local and once out of state. We had the same team both times (Go Javier and crew!) and couldn’t have had a better experience with scheduling, packing, communication, and moving. Now that I’m looking for movers in my new state, I’m sad I won’t get to hire them again!

USA Moving & Storage picked up our stuff at our condo on a Monday and delivered it to our new home on Wednesday. I was very impressed with their prompt arrival and their communication about our move. We were dependent on the close of our home on Wednesday before our things could be delivered and they were adaptable as needed. The guys who loaded the truck were different than the guys who unloaded and both crews were fantastic. They were cautious and easy to work with. We had a couple of very heavy furniture pieces (one that they actually had to hoist into our new home) and I was very pleased with the care that they took with the furniture. I highly recommend USA Moving & Storage and would absolutely use them /​recommend them. Also, they were extremely reasonable in the cost to move, store and unload us.
p. s. we’ve unloaded 80% of the boxes and so far everything is in tact!

Moving sucks, but these guys rule. If you want niceties, frills and white gloves go elsewhere, but if you want your stuff moved efficiently and cheaply you need to call them. Jerry was great, planned everything out, communicated well, and I even got a rebate back at the end because they finished the job quicker than they estimated. Only ding on them is a ridiculous amount of packing paper used (come on, you don’t need to wrap plastic plates guys!) but they’re terrific.

I just moved today, and some of you like me may find moving to be one of the most stressful, overwhelming things ever. Well this was the first time I ever got it done so quickly, effectively, and honestly very painlessly! The USA moving team I got was a whirlwind! One moment I have all this crap, and the next it’s on its way to my new place… seriously they were ridiculously fast and effective (less then an hour all my stuff was packed!). Next time I move I won’t even bothering packing, I’ll just have them do it for me :-) They were awesome!!!

This company is the best. I have been a realtor in the area for over 30 years, and can honestly say the are the best that I have ever used and recommended to my clients. I have had them move $ 100,000 homes, and people that live in $ 1,000,000 homes. They all LOVE them. Their prices are great, they never have broken anything, they work fast and show up when they say. The first time I used them was when I stopped by a clients home on the way to the closing. Her movers walked off the job. I started calling from the phone book… yes, it was a long time ago before the internet. I kept calling until I could find someone to come. He said give me an hour, and they were there. They got the job done just like he said they would. They don’t play games, and they do not try to run up your bill. I have my clients call and he can estimate their moving price range, based on the room count. I can’t stress their honesty… a RARE find in this industry. I would never use anyone else. Feel free to call me, I can’t say enough good things about this company.

I had a great experience with USA Moving & Storage. I was moving out of a condo on a Wednesday and in to a new place two days later. The service allowed me to rent the truck for two days to avoid moving my things in and out of storage. The crew showed up during their expected window both days, were quick, professional and did a fantastic job. Not to mention, not a single item was damaged! I would use this service again.

This company truly deserves a 5 star rating. When I called, I actually got to speak to someone who happened to be Jerry. My other calls to moving companies went to voicemail and I am stilling waiting for a call back from some. Jerry asked when I wanted to move and I said today if possible and he made it happen! I had movers at my condo in about an hour. The crew was polite and efficient and worked non stop. Finished in about an 1 ½ hours and took my furniture to their storage facility. They shrink wrapped all my furniture and wrapped in blankets and taped the blankets. My furniture was brand new and I was comfortable and confident that all pieces would be in perfect condition when unwrapped. The price quoted was fair and reasonable And I am completely satisfied.

Such a great moving service for the Chicago area! We moved across town and the guys were there on time and got all of our stuff loaded up so quickly! We were going to help to save time but there was no need! All of our stuff arrived in great condition and in record speed. Definitely will use again but hopefully not for some time!

These guys were AWESOME. Very inexpensive, super friendly, and so careful with all my stuff. And extremely quick, which is nice when you are paying by the hour! I’ve had some bad or mediocre experiences with moving in the past, and these guys made my move so easy and stress free … would HIGHLY recommend!

Three weeks ago I started investigating the option of moving from California to Texas and unfortunately most of the good reviews where on USA moving and storage accordingly I contact themand we agreed to do the pick up on November 13 knowing that delivery should be between 10 and 15 days two days later they wanted to ship my stuffhowever I informed the pick up guy that I cannot receive my stuff at Texas before the 20 November so they held the shipments and they told me that it should be shipped on the 24th
On 21 November I called the company to check on the delivery status and they told me and confirmed that on November 24 The shipment should leave to Texas accordingly last Monday I left from California heading to Texas knowing that the delivery should be either on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning now it’s Wednesday at noon time I called the company to check on the delivery status that was supposed to be today and the lady on the call center she told me that she will get back to me in five minutes however 45 minutes later I contacted her back and she informed me that my stuff isn’t shipped yet and that the driver had emergency blah blah. and they just didn’t know about it untill i just called to ask about it.
So the final status now is that I’m stuck in Texas with no furniture no clothes no nothing and this status will remain like that for the next 4 days at least as tomorrow is the thanks giving then the black friday and weekend

After a terrible experience with Elite Moving a few years back, I was very hesitant to trust anybody with my move from Chicago to Arizona. But the reviews didn’t lie. This company was very professional, returned phone calls timely, showed up on time for the pick-​up and on delivery day. I had all of my furniture within 10 days and everything was in great condition.
My only gripe about the company was that I had to give a 2 day window for them to pick up my furniture in Chicago. I stressed pick up on Tuesday but listed Monday as my second option. The gentleman who I worked with said he would stress a Tuesday pickup. The movers came Monday at 8am…2 nights on an air mattress.
But for the great, low price, timeliness and quality of care, I’d recommend this company to everybody!

I would not use any other company than USA moving and storage. The only company, and I used many, who does what it says. Guys show up on time or let know if they are to be late. Charge exactly what they say and work hard throughout.
I used this company twice to move into a 3rd story walk up… It was tough and they did an amazing job!

They were fantastic. I didn’t have a lot to move but was really concerned about a sofa bed. The movers I had when I moved in told me they couldn’t fit it thru the door but I insisted they keep trying.
Moving out, I was dreading this happening again but these guys were fantastic. They got it and everything else moved easily. The price was fair and I am happy!

I have used USA Moving and Storage for several moves and it’s always been a great experience. Moving is never fun but USA Moving makes it bearable! I have also used their storage facility for several years and my belongings were always secure, well maintained and cared for. They are always super courteous on the phone and always quick to call me back and answer any questions.
I’m now living out of state and not likely coming back to Chicago, but if I ever do I’d hire USA Moving again in a heartbeat!

I was really hoping to bust into a USA chant for these guys, but after being almost 2 hours late without even a phone call I’m a little bitter. Timing is everything on an end of the month move when you live in a high rise, and their tardiness completely through off my buildings elevator schedule. I definitely got a few dirty looks and an angry phone call from the property manager for the 45 minutes of overlap time.
I’ll admit they were really quick when they finally got there, but they were so crunched for time that they left a few things behind that I ended up having to bring over myself. Not exactly ideal.
Comparatively they were probably one of the cheaper options, but the end of the month anxiety I had to endure waiting for them to show wasn’t really worth saving a few extra bucks. 2 hours late in the city of Chicago is just inexcusable.
