I was new to vaping, and have entered many a vape stores in the past. this location was the only one that went leaps and bounds beyond my expectations. I left with a vape that I loooove (the minivolt with joytech tank) and phone numbers where I can get help after hours. The juices at this store are bountiful and delicious. I think I’ve met almost all the staff at this location and everyone is real down to earth and happy to share their expertise. Not to mention the free coffee, in a total of two visits this store has won my loyalty. Thanks Frank!

This place is super west-​coast in its interior design — which is cool, cuz the west coast has loads of sweet vape shops. It just stands out here in Chicago since most of the places around here are more hipster industrial.
I like that they have their own juice blends and clearly know what they’re talking about — even when it comes to my egrip (quite a few shops in town dont recognize it and dont know what to do with it). Josh is a chill guy and totally knows his stuff. He hooked me up with some coils and even tipped me off to how they could be rebuilt. (Which is perf since my rba base bit the dust a couple weeks ago)
I highly recommend this place for newbs and seasoned vapers alike. They’ll take care of you for sure.

This is my first time ever writing a Unilocal review and it is because I am just blown away and extremely happy with the service, friendliness, and quality of products I received at Vapor Hut. Now, I am a complete noob when it comes to vaping and also a half-​pack a day cigarette smoker but I decided to make the switch over to vaping for health reasons. Josh, the customer service bro was really nice and basically talked me through the process, educating me about everything I needed to know to own and operate my device. After being in the store for about an hour, sampling a ton of different and awesome flavors, learning and talking to the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable Josh, I can say that I left there being very satisfied with my experience and plan on being a repeat customer. 10⁄10

Cleanest store around! Staff is incredibly knowledgable and patient. I’ve sampled every flavor Vapor Hut has and always leave happy after my visit. Bedrock is unlike any flavor around. Highly recommend Vapor Hut!

My friend and I went in knowing absolutely nothing about vapes. We were excited to try something new. The guy working there showed us the entire process and made it simple and easy to understand. He answered all of our multiple questions and really made the whole thing an enjoyable experience. He showed us almost every single flavor possible until we finally found ones we liked! High recommend!

Superb! I am a novice to vaping. Frank the store owner or manager was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! Even though I am new to vaping I was able to immediately tell they only sell high quality products with PV. He adjusted the nicotine percentage to the right level. He assured my fiancé and I with a product guarantee. I highly recommend vapor hut to anyone who vapes or wants to quit smoking cigarettes and start vaping. I will undoubtedly be going back.

Hands down one the best smokes shops I’ve been in! The workers their really know what they are talking about and really helpful too. They are cool to hang around with and get to know different kinds of vaping stuff. They have lots a different flavors and authentic too. I would highly recommend this place for people who want to start vaping or just trying to update on mods.
P.s the owner Frank is a fucking beast. He is the guy to talk too if you want to get some good ass stuff. I got my first mod from him and it was amazing. He knows what he is taking about. 4 thumbs up.

This place is AWESOME! They carry only the best products, and the staff was so helpful. They were very knowledgable and helped me find the perfect device for my needs. They took the time to talk to me and find out what I needed and didn’t pressure me into buying something. They had many flavors to choose from and I was able to sample them. If they had 10stars I would have given Vapor Hut a 10. I’ve been to quite a few vape shops and I’ve never been more impressed than I was by this one. I had the pleasure of talking to Nick for over an hour and am STILL amazed by his knowledge of the industry, devices, I mean literally everything. Every question I had, he had an answer. I am SO HAPPY I found this place! The owner should be really really proud to have such a great establishment with such a wonderful employee, rock on!!! I will ABSOLUTELY be back (and i can’t wait!) !
