As anyone is these days, my condo association is very cost-​conscious. We received several bids for the work we needed and Vintech was able to beat them by far. They were really willing to help us and achieved a lot of savings even with upgraded products. Vincent and Blanca have been very attentive and easy to work with. Vincent was even willing and able to retrofit some of our older cameras with newer wiring so we’re set for future upgrades.
Workmanship —
Initially I was very concerned with getting a new security system because of all the added wires and equipment peaking out from all areas, but the techs that installed our system did an amazing job at hiding everything. I can’t imagine what all goes into stringing these cables through ceilings entails, and it all happened so fast, they basically started one day and 5 cameras appeared on walls/​ceilings/​stair bays the next day.
Product —
Of course after great prices and excellent workmanship, there had to be something skimped somewhere like the DVR/​cameras, but they didn’t! Cameras have an ultra wide angle with excellent color and sharpness. This is from the experience with previous Sony system that we were using that was a bit older, but also high quality from ADT — the pictures look great and the DVR is very easy and fast to work with.
Everything from our interactions with Vintech to the final product up and running have been met with great value. I highly recommend them!

VinTech is such a great company. I have been recommending them to all of my small business owner friends who have security needs. I just switched from ADT to VinTech and will never look back. VinTech recently installed a new security system in my boutique location, and I love it! I already feel so much more secure than I did previously. I have a panic button, a glass break sensor, motion detectors and sensors on all of the doors. The door sensors include a chime so you can hear when someone walks through the door. You can really customize your system to your specific needs. The employees of VinTech are very responsive and professional in every step of the process. Blanca has been wonderful with communication. We experienced a very small glitch with the installation, but that was taken care of right away and Blanca emailed me with follow-​ups to make sure everything was OK. The owner also checked in on me to make sure everything was going well. The technician who performed the installation was efficient and answered all of my questions. They have competitive prices to ADT (lower, actually) and VinTech’s service is so much better. I have had some very bad experiences with ADT that I won’t go in to here, but only just to say that by comparison, it makes me appreciate VinTech’s attention to detail very much. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a top-​notch security system.

I recently hired Vintech to install security cameras in my optical store. Blanca was very helpful with the proposal process and answering the many questions I had. The installer, Kyle, showed up on time and installed the camera system very quickly and neatly. He then showed us how to use the system. I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend them.

Vintech installed a security access system along with cameras including monitoring in our office, Vincent is such a pleasure to work with– he answered all of my questions and even made extra trips and phone calls to train me on the systems. We have used Vintech at multiple locations and will continue to do so– I highly recommend their services.

Vintech did a great job with my security system install at my storefront business and the installation tech was very nice and quick. The installation process went smoothly without any hiccups. The coolest thing is that I can monitor my system from my cell phone. Vincent, I believe the owner, had come over and showed me how to set it up on my Nexus. For the price paid on installation I could not be any happier. Hopefully no one breaks in.

Shocking to read the good reviews on Unilocal for VinTech. I tried in vein to set up several appointments to meet with someone for a site survey and quote. I had one tech cancel on me an hour before his scheduled visit (great thing that all I do is sit at home each day for such things; can’t imagine I have a job that I took off from for the appointment…).
I subsequently exchanged several emails with John Feeney trying to get some information. Each time it resulted in a reply that promised a follow-​up call… Finally, I have given up completely.
With such unprofessional contact at the front end, it would be shocking to have them do a good job on the back end.
Avoid VinTech unless you like businesses where customer service is optional.

We recently contracted with Vintech Systems to install and furnish our new security system for a 40+ unit condo building. Vintech was quick, efficient and cost-​effective. I look forward to doing business with Vintech in the future!
