I live just around the corner from Wall’s and really wanted to be able to support this local small business when I purchased my wedding flowers. I was disappointed by what I encountered.
The woman there tried to help and was nice enough, but told me that the flowers I wanted didn’t exist (Mango Calla Lilies that were actually orange and not brown). I wouldn’t have minded if she told me their store didn’t have access to what I wanted, but she told me the flowers I described didn’t exist and weren’t available anywhere in the fall. I almost ended up getting flowers I didn’t really like based on her advice. Luckily, my now husband convinced me to go elsewhere, where we found exactly what we had been looking for.
But the real reason I’m leaving such a low rating is this: I specifically made my husband walk away so I could show her the picture of my dress on my phone (she wanted to see the style so she could match the flowers to it). A few minutes after he came back she said, «So, I think these roses would look nice with your champagne strapless dress.» Who does that??? We sort of laughed it off, but it really bothered me that she had ruined part of the surprise of the dress. If weddings are a big part of your business, you should know better.

Been here a few times. Pleasant staff that help customers with whatever they need. Wonderful flower shop!

I Spoke to a very nice lady on the phone this morning about ordering a funeral spray for a wake that was from 4 – 9 in the evening. She made a few suggestions & wrote something pretty in the card too. I’ve never sent flowers to a wake so I was pretty oblivious to the process. She asked me what color flowers I liked & I let her do her magic. The arrangement was big & beautiful & the price was good too. I’m so thankful because the family loved it. Great job!!!

I ordered a medium sized corsage for my sisters baby shower. It cost $ 16.50 plus tax. When I picked it up, it was made from 5 of the tiniest sweetheart roses and a wee bit of baby’s breath. I felt like I got ripped off. If that’s the medium, how small is the small? I won’t be back.

I was amazed at how much the arrangement looked like the picture on the website. They did an awesome job.

I had to call in a last minute sympathy arrangement for a Sunday wake. The ladies at Wall’s went out of their way to take care of me. Thank you very much!

I used Wall’s Flowers for my wedding. It was a double-​edged sword. I was under the impression that the florist is supposed to make sure that you were happy with the flowers before taking off. They came to the church, placed my unity candle on the altar and left the rest of the flowers in the back pew and took off. No Phone Call, no note. Just dumped them there for me to find. Then I discovered that my flower girl’s petals were not there, 12 minutes before the ceremony. They promptly delivered them but I was still angry.
Booking them for a wedding is an ok idea but make sure you be clear to them that they should wait for your approval before they leave.,
Also, watch out how many locations they deliver to. Each stop is $ 25, that’s why I had them delivered all to the church.

I have had very good luck with this florist in the past. I wanted to do something special for a special person and had no idea how to get started. I went in, told them my budget, who it was for, and what message I was trying to send. 30 minutes later I had an overly impressive bouquet for my money. High value place. I did not feel overcharged. Not sure where they fair on weddings etc etc but for my one off it was just perfect.

This place is great and has been a staple for my friends through all the prom and homecoming seasons. The staff is very creative and the prices are cheaper than most other flower shops.

They have beeen around for many years in Jefferson Park. They have a beautiful window display that is changed fairly often. They deliver throughout the city and suburbs and service weddings, funerals and special events.
