Water Tower Realty Management Group

I live in one Water Tower Realty buildings and I love the way they respond to any kind of request that is sent to there office, the people who work in the office are very helpful. The building at 1628 West Sherwin Ave is clean, the resident’s are friendly and I am close to the bus, purple line, Skokie swift and the red line trains. I don’t care what they say about Rodgers Park, I love living in the neighbor hood. So if anyone is looking for an apartment get in touch with Water Tower Realty Management Group. Good luck apartment hunting.

I went to see my landlord yesterday regarding a utilities issues and it turns out they had a different lease for me than the one I signed. I was told by Danica that there is nothing she can do and she doesn’t know why there are two different leases. These people are very rude and careless. They claim to call you back within a day, I waited almost a week to hear back. She said she couldn’t call back because she was on vacation. I didn’t really see how this was my problem, they should have someone available when someone else takes a day or week off.
They are not accredited which means they can probably get away with whatever they want.
About the Building:
— Horrible Maintenance, I wake up to the smell of the trash chute almost weekly.
— Be weary of the Rent Café system where you pay rent online. They charged me twice the rent for one month because the system isn’t smart enough to know that rent had already been paid.
— The dryers don’t dry that well in the laundry.
— Most of workout room equipment is broken.
If you’re looking for a place these guys just aren’t worth the trouble.

i have been looking to write this review for very long time, to tell all this people how messed up this company can be .i was with the company for for 8 years, bring them referrals and everything. Until the day off we were moving out when they decided last minute that we are moving the day before our moving day just because the new people call them and told them they want to move earlier .
Just so i can come home that day and see they have moved all of our furniture and staff out in the hallway, broke our only bed we had, just because they force it of on taking it done, I went to complain to the GM then just to find out she was hiding behind close doors ashamed of me to talk to me, never paid our bed. Never apologized for the inconvenience they put us tru.
