Jason is fantastic. He helped me make a small change that will enable me to use my 6-​year-​old laptop for another few years, saving me a lot of money. He’s incredibly competent and helpful, which is the perfect combination. Highly, highly recommended.

Great concept and service. I know a little about Apple products, but was stumped with one of the products. Jason was prompt with his service and gave great advice. The troubleshooting was very methodical, and wouldn’t you know it… simple fix. I asked all of my «Apple» questions and received advice that I felt was very genuine and helpful. I love going to the Apple store, but to have a techy come to you and roll up their sleeves at the door… I have them in my iPhone as my technology lifeline.

I highly recommend Workflow Techs – Jason arrived on time, assessed the situation (I was having trouble password-​protecting my internet connection), and although a few challenges arose in the process, he got it done and gave me sound advice about back-​up frequency, etc. My Mac is back! And they’re a local South Loop business – love supporting neighborhood entrepreneurs.

Jason Davis arrived at my house to find literally decades worth of photos (digital and paper), videos (Yes — even of the VHS kind) and DVDs, tens of thousands of individual items that were so disorganised, it was a monumental task I thought would never be sorted and I didn’t know where to start. His enthusiasm for the project, his evident knowledge of his specialty and his certainty that he could make a difference and allow me to enjoy all the photographic memories that had been hidden away for years made me trust him to take control of my huge media project. In four short months, he has not only decluttered my computer and organised it in a way that is easy to maintain, but he has decluttered my house of boxes of old media too! Most importantly, every step of the way he has continually taught me how to do all of this myself, with patience, clear communication and a great sense of humor — and never leaves a meeting with a question unanswered or without me learning something new. He has been the consummate professional with some of my family’s most precious memories and I cannot recommend his services highly enough.
Today, I am in possession of a well organised, clearly documented library of media, I have the confidence to create projects using photos and video that are interesting, creative and actually looked at, and I know that Jason and his team are on the end of the phone with help and advice should I ever need it, and for regular review and updating sessions. I would have never come to this point without Jason — Thank you so much.

I manage new business and proposals for our small business, and have a huge amount of photos that needed to be organized and tagged in a better way.
