Bad.
This landlord never fixed anything. We had to send tons of emails to get his attention. Front gate was broken for months and we finally gave up on ever getting it fixed. Ceilings leaked all winter, which he said he couldn’t fix until spring. Awesome. He never actually fixed the problem so I feel bad for the people who moved into out apartment on Potomac. Also, our heating bill was $ 300 for 3 months in a row. In a small apartment! And we kept the heat VERY low. During the polar vortex it wouldn’t even get past 55 degrees in the apartment. Something is wrong with this.

It takes absolutely forever to get anything accomplished with this management company! Everything from fixing an air conditioner to responding to a simple email can take weeks, sometimes months. Patrick is very nice but this has got to improve.
